"Everything with the restaurant was fine. Food was good and then all went downhill from there. If you buy anything from the gift shop make sure you ask for a receipt. I bought an elephant stool and was asked if I needed a receipt and said no as I didn't think it necessary. However on the way out I noticed it was ripped and went straight back into the shop (no more than 2 minutes after buying it) and because I didn't have a receipt was told I couldn't have a refund, only an exchange but they didn't have another one. I ended up taking the ripped one which I am going to have to repair myself. Disgusting customer service"

"Haven't sampled the food yet, have only been for drinks. The staff and regulars are friendly enough. One thing I will point out, if you're taking children there for food the eating area isn't separate from the bar so the language can be rather colourful and very audible in the dining area. Other than that a very good place to go. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"
