"On our effort to go quickly to Italy, we have planned only one stop in Switzerland. Knowing that there is always queuing in St Gottard we felt that we should stop just before. We were very lucky because this rest area was amazing, looked like...newly built or renovated, with clear distinction of the rest areas, a fantastic salad bar with lots of options and a really unbelievable WC area where only the phrase respect to customers is suitable. With maps on the walls, games for children, outside tables with a river running nearby, seemed like the perfect place to stop. I believe that it was a glimpse of how you can , by monitoring the details, promote customer satisfaction"
