The interior is decorated in country-Western style. Particular, not the classic mountain style of the area! There is a first area, the main one, from the darker and more “western” furniture. A second area is a small light wooden room, and here the decoration recalls the mountain style of the area. We had dinner in this room. The menu is not very wide, but it has good choices and special ingredients. Here they are specialized in meat, and there are no shortage of bison meat proposals. We ordered for appetizer the Carpaccio of bison with pecorino cream, and the eggplant Sformed with pesto of basil tomatoes and smoked burrata. To follow, pork ribs with barbecue sauce, and deer braciolines at Lagrein and juniper berries. To conclude, the dessert of the house: the selection of four (very delicious! taste.
