"Exceptional discovery!!!! We are on vacation near Fano and drove into town just to eat and drink at Doma because it’s been a desire of ours to go there for months since discovering they specialize in natural wines! And I have followed them on Instagram filled with anticipation and they far succeed my expectations!!!! They catered to our wine curiosity with pleasure and had us try several different wines including pet nats, interesting biodynamic/natural whites, skin contact orange wines, and incredible biodynamic/natural red wines!!!! Thank you!!!! We had such an amazing night and plan to return next week! The food was all homemade starting with the bread paired with organic olive oil and the cheese platter was exceptional and paired very well with the wines!!! But wow "

"Come già l'anno scorso, siamo tornati a cena in questo locale molto carino e arredato con gusto. I piatti di mare sono deliziosi (i primi forse un pochino salati), la frittura asciutta e squisita (anche le patatine fritte molto buone). I dolci non li abbiamo assaggiati perché purtroppo siamo sempre a dieta, ma la carta era molto invitante. Buona anche la scelta dei vini. Servizio affettuoso e paziente (siamo stati esigenti su posizione e disposizione del tavolo, e ci hanno accontentati col sorriso). Torneremo di sicuro."

"excellent restaurant located along the Adriatic in the direction of ancona. Refined and welcoming place, soft lights and well spaced tables, pleasant and relaxing background music. ordered an appetizer of the village (powder, trills marinated with citrus fruits, tuna with wild fennel) and a warm (wet pepper, tuna and ricotta meatballs, fish cous cous,) both very good. as first a fresh and delicate risotto with saffron with asparagus and capasanta and according to the classic grilled with two skewers finally the dessert: a tyramisu decomposed on half a sphere of chocolate. excellent quality of dishes and excellent service (there was also a discount of 2 euros.) prices in the average. recommended."

Straordinaria la carbonara, deliziosi i ravioli con ragù di salsiccia, avvolgenti e gustose le tagliatelle con piselli. Il tenerissimo filetto cucinato sul maestoso barbecue è una soddisfazione per il palato. Abbiamo concluso con dei dolcetti secchi squisiti, rigorosamente fatti in casa. Attento ed efficiente il servizio. Se vi capita di passare a Pesaro e volete gustare un’ottima cucina, provatelo assolutamente."

"Normally we look on tripadvisor before we enter a restaurant or make a reservation. This time we didn’t unfortunately. It looked like a cosy restaurant. I asked the owner to sit outside but “all tables were reserved. As we were hungry we decided to neglect his rude behavior and just be seated. It took a little while before the waitress came to us. We went for one of the menu’s. The anti pasti were reasonable. The primi piati was horrible. A variety of meat with such an portion of salt added that you couldn’t taste what kind of meat it was. Awfull. This has got nothing to do with cooking or Italian Kitchen. It is more Balkan food but the worst of it. We skipped the dessert (and ate max half the portion) en had to pay at bar upstairs. After waiting there for 5 minutes (the owner was talking to some regular customers) I asked the waitress for the bill. When the owner finally arrived he presented the bill without saying anything. On top of that he threw the change on the counter. I don’t know how somebody can rate this restaurant above average. If you like very salted meat and rude service this is tour place to be. If you like Italian quality food stay away here."

"la notte scorsa dopo un tour in città ho notato all'inizio della strada il segno con il menu...incurioso Mi sono avvicinato, menu vario e prezzi contenuti. Dopo un po' siamo tornati e abbiamo deciso di cenare. erano circa 19.30 e senza prenotazione ci siamo seduti fuori. molti tavoli sono stati prenotati così è andato bene. abbiamo ordinato inizialmente 2 prima, uno di pesce e uno di terra. tempi più lunghi di altri ma sono i piatti fatti al momento come il taglio ordinato dopo. tutti buoni dal primo al delizioso taglio (nel menu ci sono diversi tra cui scegliere. .prendere con fossa e miele). la spesa è stata contenuta e anche i tempi di attesa. logicamente se si vuole mangiare rapidamente forse è meglio andare in una trattoria dove tutto è già preparato con un menu fisso (modalità operaia) ma il sabato sera intorno per il tempo libero aspettare un po 'non ha pesato soprattutto perché ne vale la pena. Se succede, torneremo sicuramente."

"Forse, arrivando, la posizione non sembra felicissima ma basta entrare, essere accolti col sorriso, e si apre un mondo da scoprire. Possibilmente senza fretta. Noi eravamo in otto e abbiamo assaggiato, Cacio e pepe, veramente buona, pasta ottima e condimento speciale, Tagliatelle al cinghiale (rosse), ottime e saporite, Tagliata, Arrosticini, Grigliata di carne e Patate al forno, tutte molto buone e Spiedini di pesce, teneri e molto appetitosi. E in chiusura Panna cotta col creme caramel fatto in casa, una squisitezza, e una Moretta niente male. Spesa assolutamente accettabile! Una bella serata, in buona compagnia. Grazie per l'accoglienza e l'ottimo cibo."

"Non conoscevo questo locale, ed è bastato andarci una sola volta per rimanerne piacevolmente colpita. Interessante e ricca la scelta per la colazione che comprende anche la possibilità di soddisfare le necessità delle persone celiache proponendo prodotti senza glutine. Un po' a rilento il servizio, sono arrivati per prima i prodotti da banco mentre i caffè sono arrivati in ritardo e non tutti insieme, ma obiettivamente il locale era strapieno e immagino che il bar fosse in tilt, per questo ho chiuso un occhio, veramente li chiudo tutti e due e mi esprimo dicendo che , se potessi, tornerei anche adesso e proverei volentieri anche i piatti del ristorante ."

"read the reviews we went almost safe. more than confirm your expectations! we were with our dog (17kg puppy! . supercarious, courteous and kind staff both with us and with him. cute place (not be influenced by the outside. excellent cuisine! olives ascolan, two chops on the Adriatic (show! abundant portions rich in seasoning, abundant roasting of squids and shrimps (fresh fish, coffee, water, 1/2 white wine, sorbet. 48€ liquor with liquorice and limoncello (door to the table with the bottles offered by them. "We stay in Fano at least 3 weeks per year, since more than 15 years and we always go to La Quinta at least once per year. In these years, their price has (unfortunately) continued to increase, but it 's still reasonable and we have never been disappointed by the food. Their grigliata mista (mixed grilled fish), when compared with the ones of the nearby restaurants, is still the one with the best quality/price ratio."

"dopo un po' dall'ultima visita mi sono fermato a pranzo nel dehor e ho optato per un fritto misto leggero e croccante con verdure, insalata mista accompagnata da un discreto bicchiere di vino bianco. per chiudere un buon ormere “mitico” e digestivo offerto (limoncello e banana), gesto molto apprezzato e un conto di € 20, direi equlibrato. Come ho notato un sostanziale miglioramento sia nella preparazione dei piatti, sia nel servizio. .notoriamente Tacco d'Achille del club. ma questa volta sono stato servito molto rapidamente nonostante il ristorante era pieno. così meritato giudizio che sale a 4 palle dalle 3 delle mie esperienze precedenti. così tornerò/ritorno...alcuni piatti, ma bei tempi, tempi giusti di servizio e grande cortesia del personale. Bene!"

"over the last few years my wife and I have spent a lot of time in Fano. The last few years has seen the introduction of modern Italian cuisine at AlMere and Il Galeone. These restaurants are good and I understand the need for a fresh approach. However Mamadera for me is the quintessential Italian seafood restaurant fresh, perfectly cooked and presented. Today I had sea bass baked in the oven with potatoes olives thyme and tomatoes. The small but key ingredient was a little orange zest which just lifted it into heavenly. I wont go on about the mussel soup with thyme and exquisite toasted bread. Everything about Mamadera is special. The staff are wonderful and so efficient. There were only 2 on today but they did 50 covers at lunch with grace and kindness. Tutto, tutto bene."
