I didn't know what the white thing was, so I just showed the picture and ordered it, but it was melted cheese? It's very sweet, savory, and delicious. The spinach is very moist and soaked in oil, but it's not greasy and the seasoning is just right. The potatoes look like they were boiled with a lot of salt and sugar. They are delicious. The potatoes are also delicious. I ordered 1kg of meat both days. On the first day, there was a little less tenderloin, and on the second day, there was a lot of tenderloin, perhaps because the meat was large. If you don't like the part, just ask for it to be changed. The tenderloin was definitely more tender, but the sirloin was definitely not tough! For reference, make sure to load rare.
