"I was a regular customer at Mr Sushi in Zevenaar. Always been satisfied with their sushi. Today I ordered soft shell spicy tuna and a hand roll. I have ordered this very often in recent years. I was surprised how the sushi looked upon arrival. Much smaller than normal! It looked more like a maki than a special sushi, which means you pay more for it. I paid €21.55 for this?! You can see it in the photo. My hand roll was also not what it normally looks like. I decided to call Mr Sushi to tell my story. I first got a female colleague on the phone and then she handed the phone to a male colleague. Once again I told my story that I always order from them and that this is the first time I have experienced this. The male colleague immediately said that he would not make another roll for me, because I thought the sushi was too small. Just to clarify: I did not ask for a new role. I wanted to express my surprise and disappointment because you paid for it. The gentleman didn't understand me and gave me a tip to look up sushi on Google, so that I could get a better idea than I probably have. Disparaging! I would like to reiterate what my experiences have been in recent years and I know exactly what I am ordering since this was not my first time with them. The gentleman absolutely disagreed and was very blunt with me as a customer. I said that I will not order from them again, because I am not satisfied with how I was being treated. You can't even express your dissatisfaction with this branch. The gentleman saw it as a threat and indicated that I was cheating on him. Very annoying conversation, far from customer friendliness and any recognition. We are not allowed to give our opinion, they are not open to that. I think it's very sad. I won't spend another cent. Terrible!"
