"Trattobistro Bellini is located in downtown Gernsheim. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant has a warm and warm atmosphere. We were welcomed by the friendly service and were offered a few tables to choose from. On the menu there are a variety of small and larger appetizers, soups, salads, pasta, pizza, meat dishes and of course desserts. In addition, there were 4-5 dishes on the handwritten daily card. We ordered as an appetizer of fried goat cheese on Red Beete Carpaccio with truffle honey and a cattle Carpaccio with Ruccola. As a greeting from the kitchen we received olives and delicious homemade bread to our drinks. The appetizer waited not long and was not only very nicely dressed, but also tasted fantastic. The goat cheese harmonized very well with the truffle honey, which has a perfect aroma. The Carpaccio was buttery and with the Parmesan and spicy Ruccola in good company. As main dishes we had pork medals in Gorgonzola sauce with Tagiatelle and a beef fillet al Balsamico with rosemary and vegetables. Here also my wish was made to get rosemary salads instead of roast potatoes. The noodles were perfect al dente and the meat was wonderfully tender and wonderfully rounded with the Gorgonzola sauce. My wife still lacked some freshness on the plate like a few cocktail tomatoes, otherwise it was perfect. My fillet was perfectly fried, juicy and buttery. The balsamico sauce was added separately and had a very aromatic balsamico onion taste. The rosemary apple could have seen some more rosemary, but the aroma was strong and slightly sweet. Everything together is a great pleasure. Only the vegetables under the fillet were not really warm and especially the eggplant slices were dry and hard. To round off the food nicely, we wanted a dessert and let us explain what was just behind the various dishes. Choosing a lot on Tiramisu that came very fluffy and simple, and Pannacotta. Both plates were beautifully decorated and decorated with delicious fruits. Prices are not particularly low, but are absolutely quality-friendly. If you are looking for freshly prepared Italian cuisine with a good aroma and tasteful ambience, you will be here immediately. I'm sure we haven't been to Bellini for the last time."
