"The castle itself is really great to see with a castle park and adjacent golf course. The orangery has a wonderful view of the castle park from the conservatory of the orangery. The ambience is cozy, generous, with hall-like high ceilings. There is always a quiet music at the mealtime, which completely unwinds sometimes piano, sometimes easily electronically with synthesizer, really relaxing. The food has not been à la carte but buffet. And the buffet is the madness including live cooking. There's something for almost every palate. Even for vegans there is only a small cooking station, but also the pampered. The meat and its preparation meet really high requirements whether fish, chicken, beef, pig, turkey or other. For this purpose, supplements are designed that are normal but great to break in the mouth: gnocchi, oven potatoes, roasted vegetables such as zucchini and eggplants or paprika are discreetly seasoned and gently cooked. All together, there was a grin on my face with almost every bite. It was pure pleasure. The main courses were framed by usually three different appetizers, as well as cake pieces, mouses, creams, various fruits and ice creams to dessert. And close to the stomach there was a rich cheese plate and with it small (probably self-baked) rolls in dark and bright correctly pink and full of aroma. Great. Basically, I must say that the selected ingredients are so great composed and presented that it is really a pleasure to eat here. What makes such a food even more an experience is the service. Ladies and gentlemen are there IMMER when you need them and on the other hand you hardly notice them if you don't need them. The staff is always courteous, polite, cheerful and never hectic. This makes me as a guest incredibly fun to enjoy this service a thick praise for it. If you are in this corner and want to enjoy something despite the high price level, it's worth it! Have fun."
