"I would like to voice a complaint about the service, but unfortunately, there wasn’t any. I made a reservation and arrived to find the restaurant completely closed. No one answered the phone; it went straight to voicemail, and there wasn’t a soul around in the hotel it's located in. This was on a Saturday evening."
