"I visited this coffee shop today hoping to enjoy a coffee and a cake, but the service was truly disappointing. I approached the counter to place my order and was ignored several times by the staff. I understand that it can be challenging to manage during busy times, but I believe that a basic level of courtesy and respect is essential when dining out. Unfortunately, Maclean's coffee shop failed to provide that. I would recommend seeking other options in Grantown, as there are much better places to enjoy your time."
