But the atmosphere is casual. the chef is good advice for the wines, and likes to explain what is on our plate. the evening map is restricted (3 admissions, 3 dishes, 2 desserts) and fortunately because the choice is already difficult! the dishes are very scented, and we can taste bold associations (espadon - chorizo tonight for example). the card changes every month to fit the season, but everything is always cooked with passion.
