"We went there to have a late breakfast on a relatively quiet Saturday around noon. After a first order for coffee which was quickly taken we waited for about ten minutes to be served but weren't asked if we had any additional wishes. Another five...minutes later we asked if we could order breakfast as well. We were then informed that breakfast would take very long and that she couldn't provide an estimate. We were left with this answer as she ran away to take new orders elsewhere. Another ten minutes later she returned and we left her with the money due. An ashtray was never handed to us despite leaving the boxes in plain sight. Service was simply unavailable there. Take your money to better places... Owner(s): Hire more staff, or competent people."

"We were at the beer garden for dinner. A young man served us very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. The dumplings might have been a little softer. The beer is from Freiberg and natural and very tasty. Unfortunately it started raining and we had to leave the beer garden and got a table in the restaurant. "for many years my favorite restaurant. kulinar does not extend any other restaurant to this mexican. what I always like is that no standard kitchen is served, but it stands out clearly from all others. steaks as always perfectly roasted and the atmosphere was as always very good. price absolutely in order for you to get on the teller. in contrast to some earlier visits the service was also excellent this time and was not overwhelmed even though the restaurant was booked."

"Der erste Eindruck war schockierend. Wir hatten aus Versehen nur den Hintereingang gefunden von der Tramhaltestelle her. Umso mehr die Überraschung mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf Giebichenstein und in das Lokal. Lea und Ben vom Service waren von Anfang an sehr aufmerksam und sehr motiviert bei der Sache und machten für uns den Abend zum Erlebnis. Das Essen ein Traum. Was Konstantin Kuntzsch und Christoph Baumgartner da auf die zahlreichen Teller zaubern, hat uns sehr überzeugt. Schon allein der Gruß aus der Küche war beeindruckend. Dazu kam der Chef de Cuisine am Schluss auch noch an den Tisch und erzählte uns von seiner Vita und seiner Küchenphilosophie wunderbar. Dazu die sehr innovative Weinbegleitung von Ben. Manchmal etwas herausfordernd, aber zur jeweiligen Speise hervorragend passend. Die zahlreichen Aromen der Speisen, die optische Darbietung und die Qualität suchen wohl im weiten Umkreis ihresgleichen. Der Michelin Stern ist wohl mehr als verdient. Da wir seit zwei Jahrzehnten Dauergäste bei den Händelfestspielen sind, planen wir für kommendes Jahr gleich einen Extratag ohne Händelvorstellung, aber dafür mit Speisebergbesuch ein. Herzlichen Dank für den genussvollen Abend."

"were recommended by well known there, hoping for a nice evening and were unfortunately disappointed. the appetizers were still okay. as a main dish there was a lamb, which was unfortunately hardly edible. "This place reminded me of a film My Big Fat Greek Wedding.We were a group of 18 and reserved tables beforehand, and this place look pretty crowded (for Wednesday evening). To bad, there were only 2 waiters, who spoke poor German and even poorer English. That was a pure chaos: it was impossible to catch at least one and explain what we wanted. The stuff was really nervous and did not seem to be polite. First, the waiter forgot to ask what I want (I was 5th at the table for 4 people) and left. Then we called him again. When he brought us beer, my friend got a wrong one but he ignored, saying, he can not solve all problems and ran somewhere else(!!!)When we got our foods, another friend got no salad, but he was said he is not supposed to. Then we showed the menu, the position of the waiter changed, he said the salad already was served(!!!) Finally the brought that salad at the end of the evening, when we finishing our food...Interior reminds that old-fashion GDR restauraunts with plastic ceilings, fake stones out of plaster and flowers. The menu is way too big! the number of dishes was around 450+ but the difference was just few ingredients in each! It was hard for us and for the staff to remember the order and at the end we wrote our numbers on the napkins.BUT Food was very good! After eating we almost forgive that terrible services. This is the only restaurant in the area, so if you have enough patience, you may try it, but I'd prefer to go to the city center."

The resistant has a nice beer garden with typical Chinese/vietnamese design (cheap plastic tables, some of them not very comfortable, concrete pond in the middle, Lisa a little improvised). We had one seafood and two duck dishes. The seafood was ok but not great, the two duck dishes tasted interesting, not the typical "Chinese in Germany" food, which we don't like. Both duck dishes had distinct and tasteful flavors and were prepared fine. The price was very decent. We would go there again if in the area but wouldn't go to the area just for the restaurant. In my opinion it's a good choice in the area if you like a little unconventional Chinese food and atmosphere."

"looking for a vegan option in Halle/Saale, I have become happy with the ecoase in the pubic quarter "small ulrichstraße". ökoase is not a bad name and also so striking as this place unfortunately represents one of the very few vegetarian-vegan possibilities in halle. actually sadly measured at the potential of this old cultural city. when entering the business, a very unpleasant odour came into my nose - probably kitchen or dishwasher cleaner. a little bit of a bit of a bit. there has to be something definitiw, it is inconceivable that I had to re-emphasize it, because in an earlier review of another customer here in the timeline this has already been noted. the bistro is from the ambiente her so la, definitiw something ymca, Protestant youth hostel or also child daycare facility (due to the visitorship exclusively from young families on this Saturday morning). good but the equipment with reading material (time, books), that is over standard. so authentic in the sea of the other large-scale Veggie lifestyle temple, as you know from other big cities. it is ordered at the theke, and there we are at the next thema: the lady who had served me was anything but friendly. Maybe she had a bad morning... but I can't stop being a man, especially since I'm a friendly and relaxed one. second minus point after the smell! No matter: the card hangs left beside the theke, you have to look three times what there are and how the options are (vegetarian, vegan, conventional cultivation or biodynamic), but a thick lob for the kenn drawing, top! the offer is relatiw narrow and more vegetarian, which is correct, because the bistro is out. as a vegan I had at least two options, in order to all coffee lovers: please don't drink coffee there. an unmotivated fully automatic gives you a passionate broth. third minus point! who appreciates the seven-member from the Italian or also a fresh filter coffee is wrong here.
