"Wir waren gestern Abend noch nachträglich zum Muttertag mit unserer Mutti in diesem schönen Restaurant und haben Buffet gewählt. Was soll ich sagen. Wir waren Abends. Wirklich eine tolle Auswahl an Speisen bis hin zum mongolischen Grill. Alles sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Getränke wurden schnell gebracht. Ich hatte ein Lillet und er war lecker zubereitet. Die Desserts waren auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder. Macht weiter so. Daumen hoch."

"we were in juni this year in the restaurant golf turtle. it was a Saturday evening and we were two. When we read curious in the menu, the chef of the restaurant came and immediately recommended us the buffet, as we could all eat. the offer was a great disappointment: the selection was very sweet (1 chicken dish, a curry sauce, more finished sauce, the fried dishes tasted like the day before, the rice was cold and dry. the sushi was also very dry.Maybe eating the buffet was already there for a long time and the chef wanted to get rid of it, so it seemed to me.The places were partly flying around, which then gave the appetit another damper.Only the cleanliness of the toilets was commendable."

"on 10.10.2022 we had booked a grieving party for 20 people in the tomic restaurant, it was ordered for all carvings, mixed vegetables and croquettes, for €18.90 we have already overpriced the price for this normal food, but we have accepted it because the proximity to the South Cemetery gave the blow. the food was a catastrophe. we received a dry carving that was prepared too long and only in the frit, the mixed vegetables was dosed-emergent something in a liquid sponge. without love on the plate, and the carving on top. the wall of the carving was softened. the croquettes were not fresh, lukewarm and had no more crunchy dish. on the bill were then instead of €18.90, as shown on the map, then €21.40 for carvings/mixed vegetables/croquets per person. (the dosis mixed vegetables were extra calculated with 5,50 € per serving. this price is a bad thing and I miss the cake. first we thought it was just a mistake. but when we contacted the cook herr tomic, he became very pampering and insulting. he cursed me as a daughter of the deceased, as a disgusting man, after I told him whether he mourns the men before all profits to calculate totally overcrowded prices. he was completely unintentional. I asked him if it doesn't work and he can sleep quietly at night. the answer was: he can sleep very well. never again"

"Wir hatten für 8 Personen reserviert und waren dann leider nur 6. Wir wurden gleich angeblufft, dass die beiden Mitarbeiter sich gerade darüber unterhalten hätten, in Zukunft, für solche Fälle eine Gebühr zu erheben. Unverschämt ! Die langhaarige, blonde Kellnerin war unfreundlich, unprofessionell und schnippisch. Die Getränke wurden über den Kopf der Gäste zum Gegenüber gegeben, ohne Vorwarnung. Beim Essen genau das gleiche. Dann hat sie die Nachbartische umgeschoben und Stühle über den Boden geschoben, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstanden hat. Beim Bezahlen war sie sichtlich genervt, weil wir mit EC Karte gezahlt haben. Hat dann den Rechnungspreis 3 mal genannt, wahrscheinlich in der Hoffnung, dass wir aufrunden und Trinkgeld geben. Bei diesem Verhalten? NIEMALS !!! Dann sagt sie noch, vor uns, zu ihrem Kollegen: Na heute zahlen alle mit Karte, da können wir uns nichts rausnehmen. Sie sollte sich mal fragen, warum sie kein Trinkgeld bekommt. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurden wir 22.10 Uhr rausgeschmissen, obwohl noch einige Tische besetzt waren und die Öffnungszeiten, was anderes sagen. Ein großes Lob geht an die Küche! Das Essen war recht schnell fertig und war sehr lecker."

"Salz über die Pizza gestreut! Ich kann es immernoch nicht fassen. Es kam die falsche Bestellung an. Nach Anruf in der Filiale wurde mir zunächst gesagt ich soll die Pizza in Zukunft bei Dominos direkt und nicht über Lieferando bestellen. Zwei neue Pizzen würden mir geliefert werden aber die alten Pizzen sollen wieder abgeholt werden. Die neuen Pizzen kamen, ich gab die alten jedoch nicht ab, da das Telefonat so unfreundlich war. Das war mein Glück, denn auf einer der beiden neuen Pizzen, wurde eine ordentliche Portion Salz gestreut! Was ist bitte mit Kundenservice los??? Ich komme immernoch nicht darauf klar."

A pity, but that's not exactly what the noise level was."

"Wir haben hier bestellt. Pünktlich und freundlich auf jeden Fall, es war auch alles dabei. Allerdings finde ich die Qualität nicht wirklich gut. Die Rollen zerfallen beim Anheben, sind teilweise nicht ganz geschlossen und haben wirklich sehr wenig Fischanteil. Der lachs in der Bowle ist leider auch nicht sonderlich ansehnlich. Die blieb dann auch tatsächlich übrig. PS: Ihr solltet eigene Sojasoße haben. Die beigelegte ist wirklich schlecht."

"we were invited to the brunch for two weeks on Sunday. it should go to the palais. I haven't been there for several years. my friend reserved a great table for Sunday morning to celebrate the birthday of her man with us. I have to say quite honestly, I haven't experienced such an unfriendly and little nice thing for a long time. on our table stood neither a candle nor serviettes as on the other tables. supposedly -so we were told - we did not specifically mention in the reservation that it was a birthday brunch. I seriously wonder what table deco has to do with birthday or just not. after asking twice, we got to answer that would cost a euro more and lie on the buffet paper towels. that was actually the decisive point and we now looked more than ever at any mistakes. within three hours it was actually asked for drinks once, the previously stated gluten free food was plump on the table.. the waiter who already told us about the serviette principle did not see any of our eating clean up.. I would like to see that this locally receives enough serviettes! I was there for sure the last time."

"have gone to this restaurant due to the good reviews. in the frame of the happy dinner card we had the choice between two three-course menus that we both tried. to all the good sides. the service was very attentive, a note on the additional charge for card payment would have been desirable. the ambiente was good, missing the Italian charm. positiw has also noticed the good advice to the wine selection, the mango sorbet dessert and the dishes were very beautifully executed. Among the shade sides are the very tasty canneloni with salmon and fresh cheese as well as canneloni with chop and tomato sauce. to the appetizer was bruschetta and salat with mozarella and tomaten. the rucola consisted almost completely of stalks and the leaf salad was dressed in a not mouth-right size, so that it was not suitable to eat. Moreover, we also missed the spicy, since apparently only and too little olive oil was given to the salate. the bruschettas were all in order, but also not exceptional. Conclusion: for a normal price of 20€ per person you can go to hall very well and also eat in upscale ambiente. unfortunately not here. Price/performance inadequate."
