"For comparison, The Norbar and Y Sgwar provided a much better experience, with superior food quality, a pleasant atmosphere, and overall great customer service. I would highly recommend both and would return to them without hesitation.
Unfortunately, I felt like we were short-changed both in terms of quality and experience; our meal certainly didn’t justify the £100 price tag. I regret not taking the time to read previous reviews on TripAdvisor, as many echoed our disappointing experience, which left me feeling deflated.
I truly don't understand the business model here; I certainly wouldn't consider revisiting Y Branwen, nor would I recommend it to anyone. It seems focused on short-term profits rather than customer satisfaction. I've learned a valuable (but uncomfortable) lesson, and I encourage others to take my experience to heart and spend their hard-earned money elsewhere!"
