"Me and the family decided to get a Indian for my birthday on the 17th, we ordered the food during the day to make sure we got an early delivery (deliveries from 18.00). Come 18.25 no delivery, so I called them up only to find out the food was ready but the delivery driver was late. The food turned up it was Luke warm at best, we also ordered a chicken dish which we wanted lamb instead, we wrote notes on the order both on the line the food was ordered on but also in the notes at the end. The food arrived and sure enough they gave me chicken in place of lamb, I called them up straight away and first of all they said there wasn’t anything written in the notes, I then informed him I have a copy of the receipt which has the request was clearly on there, they then said they would look into this and get back to me. Of course they didn’t bother following this up. It’s a shame, we were all looking forward to this birthday treat, food was bland, arrived late, cold and wrong! On top of this the people working there are liars. I come to Hayle every year I will not ever go back to this place ever again!! Big let down!!"
