"There are clear deductions in the B Note rating subject to reservation. Tastefully, the tabled foods were above average good. The portions are large enough to get very hungry guests too. The staff is striving and very friendly. The location is nice a beautiful little beer garden on the land directly on a horse board. If there were only the points mentioned above, there would be 4 stars without reservation. There are a few things that need to improve significantly ... Service Professionality: 1. With a full beer garden served by 2 people, attention is particularly important. If I have to go to the service after 15 minutes because he has overlooked or ignored me, then this is very frustrated in the absence of a SB Bar. 2. If the service only takes as many glasses or plates as it has hands, then it takes a very long time for all drinks and dishes to arrive at the respective tables. A tablet helps to increase throughput and reduce ways. 3. If it takes a little longer because only one cook is at the start, then communication with the guests is important. If I have to wait almost 45 minutes as a guest for grilled vegetables and cheeses, I am also dissatisfied when the quality and taste were very good. Waiting times can be bridged by a small attention to greeting charmingly... Dear guests, we have a full house today and it could take a little longer... I'll bring them a little bit of bread and obazdn or small snacks or something like that can only be something against the empty table and boredom! 4. Glasses should be clean and they should arrive at the table without spider legs and fly, which is a challenge in a free nature that should be mastered. This also applies to glazing by missing polishing of glasses; 5. Notes on ingredients and allergens only bring something if they are also found in the menu. That should be supplemented. 6. Cellophanated menus are something for an ice cream parlour or a sixth-class snack bar. They may be easy to care and wiped but they are not beautiful and look cheap. 7. Isn't there a guest list obligation anymore? We have not seen a list, nor have we been asked to complete such a list. How do you want to understand who might have been infected? 8. If after 1.5 hours for two alcohol-free beer, a portion of casks and barbecue vegetables for payment I have to run behind the service staff, then this angers me additionally. Offer: 1. Even if the dishes my accompaniment and I tried were very well prepared and the card was refreshingly clear, I missed a culinary line. 2. The pictures in the menu should correspond approximately to the offer of who does not offer a salad with pomegranate, he should not display it prominently; expectation and reality break apart that can only lead to disappointment. 3. The prices for the food are very(! small if you take into account the portion size and quality. If a mistake still happens as in my case, and a supplement salad is too much at the table, bread is placed on it, etc., and the host then simply leaves it there and does not calculate, then losses are safe! I paid it fairly. The calculation should be considered. Example: The salad, which was found on the plate of the Kässpatzen for less than 10 EUR, was almost as extensive as the supplement salad for 3,50 EUR, which was too much on the table. I still have 4 stars, because I find the quality and taste of the dishes good and appropriate. I'll be more rigorous when I visit again."

"Meet halfway with the relationship. It was up to me to find a suitable place for it. And if I meet a French vinotheque, I'm not looking for it. Le Tire Bouchon in Holzkirchen, lt. HP is the chief Frenchman. This is enough for me as a reference and I will reserve a table for our troops. In addition to the block of houses where the wine bar is located, there is a passage to a public parking lot. Very practical. At the same time we meet the others in front of the entrance I call Timing! The guest room is quite small, modern furnished, friendly atmosphere. The menu is available in the clamping plate. Wine map separately. And I will go through it quickly until I land on champagne and discover a very cheap Ruinart Rosé for 65 euros. It is perfect for the start, I think – until the operation makes me a stroke. It's not here! Grummel, what about the French?! In a Vinothek?! Then a Crémant Rosé to compatible € 31, and a large mineral water Roman source 0.75 l. € 5,50. In addition to authentic French dishes, the menu also offers “Normal”. As an appetizer I take goat cheese from the grill with basil pumpesto € 9,90) and then risotto with shrimps and rocket, which also made from) to € 11,90. The Crémant is perfectly cooled and lands in a wine cooler. There are fresh baguettes and beside the goat's cheese dark baguette with a small bowl of high quality olive oil. I'm afraid of the portion size of the goat's cheese. After the service had asked when picking up whether I would like this as an appetizer, I had assumed that the size was adjusted. It was a lot of salad, but still... The goat cheese was nice creamy and lukewarm, I was delighted with the crispy lid. The cook pushed the honey under the grill. It was delicious along with the basil Umpesto. There were also Parmesan flakes and a finely tuned yogurt dressing. Up, but a lot! After a pleasant break the Risotto came. Unbeautiful to the plate : Rucola was out, but something too buddle would have been able to catch the kitchen. The shrimps were fine and tastefully fine. Full stomach, a dessert must be. Because while a Crème brûlée is now available as a standard table in almost every Bavarian province Pub, Le Tire Bouchon also offers other classics of French cuisine: Ile Flottante € 4.90) I need to know who discovers it again on a map, and my brother-in-law I swim up a café Gourmand € 7,90), Schatzl gönnt himself to his Kappons. The others fit. Interestingly, my brother-in-law annoys my “smoothing islands” and catches up with his spoon. A promising “aha” is all that goes beyond his lips. Flavours are simply different because I enjoy all the spoons of light airy snow eggs that wander in the thicker vanilla sauce. Very welcome are the small Macarons pieces that have also found their way to dessert. Toilets are clean and modern, for which men flatter, for the women's world a floor higher. Conclusion: In a Vinothek I have different requirements for service than in a restaurant, for four stars it is all about food: my appetizer was great, the main course ok, if I let the food of the others flow in, it is 3.5 stars treasure salad was totally salted) wine map diverse and interesting, but the lack of champagne I take it some bad atmosphere 4 stars and for the PLV also – I would come back."
