"A very nice discovery! Visited at the beginning of June 2022 Tasted the two menus offered, the sea and the land. Already the welcome is a good point, very professional while being extremely friendly. A first drink on the wonderful terrace then in the dining room, an unforgettable experience! Special mention for the incredible octopus and citrus risotto! Bravo to the chef and thank you for his visit to the tables at the end of the meal. The products are simple, of very good quality, very well worked. Surprising sequence of 5 dishes plus a round of desserts. The place is wonderful, in the monastery of the Aragonese fortress. It would be easy to be satisfied with a place which is probably the most beautiful (yes, quite simply! on the island of Ischia, and to make uninteresting cuisine. Thanks to the chef and the team for being demanding despite everything! And the value for money is exceptional: €100 per person including two glasses of wine, coffee and 5 dishes as well as a choice of 6 desserts. Let's hope this place stays like this!"

"We had our last night in Ischia and almost the best dinner in our hole vacation. The dishes and the drinks are likely perfect. The Service was so lovely, nice and professional. The ambience breathtaking. And seriously the price of our diner for this quality are far too little. I recommend everybody to have a wonderful evening in the Ristorante Antonietta Service: Dine in"

"My first visit to Auras was like something out of a classic Italian film. Fresh off the ferry from Naples we stopped in for lunch and it was everything I could have wished for. I value atmosphere as much as great food when looking for a place to eat on holiday and Auras delivered in spades on both counts. Think La Dolce Vita, Under The Tuscan Sun and Talented Mr Ripley (without the murder) rolled into one. Complete with soundtrack. Unlike your regular tourist trap which I’ve been suckered into plenty believe me, this place had a menu selection with its eye on the future to keep things fresh but enough tradition that gave it the heart and soul of an authentic Italian restaurant without being stodgy. Attentive staff who were charming without being pushy or overbearing and the best aspect of the Castello from anywhere on the island that made me want to sit with my Aperol Spritz soaking in that view for hours. Oh and the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had. Period. So beautiful was our experience that we ended up coming back for dinner several times during our week long stay in Ischia and it was even more romantic at night."
