"for those who don't know anything about this place, we are talking about an agrotourism near the dalia market, with a relaxed atmosphere, a pool coquette, landscaped areas, horses, fruit trees and the restaurant. In our case, we take advantage of the low season to go to the restaurant and enjoy the immense tranquility it offers. We find two options, menu or tasting menu, we opt for the second. in the menu we choose, we will taste 5 dishes. The goat cheese salad, simple but, the cheese was amazing, was undone in the mouth. the second step, salmon, the sauces provided different sweet and slightly spicy touches. In my opinion, if you mix everything in the mouth, I'd kill a bit the taste of the salmon. a sorbet refresher, prepares the palate for the main one, in our case we taste the salmon and cod, close the experience with a banana dessert and coconut ice cream. the service was very friendly, attentive, informative and close. I recommend you go and enjoy the other face of ibiza."
