"spring, what a beautiful season, in early April the first we decided to spend the evening around a dinner at the restaurant. spring therefore became evident in regard to its name. We liked the phone reception of the boss for the reservation, first important contact according to me.We chose a menu at 34.00€ for the lady and I opted for the choices offered by the card. I wouldn't describe the dishes, they can change and the important is the quality in the plate. from this point of view nothing to say, the proposed dishes are mastered and performed with seriousness and professionalism by the cooks. It does good so it is true that now a piece of meat with frozen bread is also served in "restaurants"! From the entrance to the dessert everything is made home except the ice and it is indicated on the map. We took an aperitif, an entrance, dish, dessert, coffee and tea, wine, each for a global rating of about €100. at this price, we expect a good performance. It is possible to have lunch (around 15 Euros at noon) and much cheaper than we chose at night but we wanted to enjoy ourselves. Everything was served with two extremely important things. the smile and the kindness of the bosses mm and m. whose complicity and dynamism feels at every moment. the second point is that the dishes are served at temperature, fresh or hot if it must be like that. not tiédasse as too seen for me in reputable restaurants (see my other reviews). The wine is also served at the good temperature that the connoisseur will appreciate.Only small flat the treatment of the lighting of the room would deserve a makeover by a light-scaper for a really cozy atmosphere.If I were to forget that our guests we found that we had too much expected. which in my sense was bearable, the room being full. we saw each one offer a glass of cream at the time of the note for this little inconvenience. A attention that has touched us so much the gesture is rare...Bravo to the whole team, for the energy released by everyone to feel invited more than simply customer. Thank you all,"
