"not the most obvious stalls and not the most prepossessing of buildings, but inside the restaurant has a pleasant, modern, light and functional feeling. one of the first things they see are open fires where the rice or paella is cooked. the kitchen is also open to look at a side of the dining room. we have even been given a small tour through the spaces, storage rooms included the service was pleasant, but not exaggerated. the menu is a meal with three appetizers, plus the home starter, a main reis and then a pudding and coffee. there was a nice option on the rice, but otherwise nothing of what we had eaten would have been suitable for vegetarians. none of the foods was exciting in the way that some restaurants are destined to make them kale, the shape that grows on mais or the dinge with liquid nitrogen freezing. in the did they could almost certainly have all the ingredients for all the dishes we eat from a decent local Spanish super market. the most important thing was that everything looked good and better tasted the rice we chose was the traditional recipe for here, rice with rabbits and snails. it is amazing how varied a so simple dish can be, and that was one of the best I have tried with a beautiful color to drink exactly the right amount of salt and a nice taste from the broth I am not alcohol at the moment soft, but a thing that my partner especially took was the six local wee on tap. I know that it is sacrilegic but that it is on these wise to describe it we'll go back."

"We have gone to dinner two couples. Due to the health situation, we reserve at 20:30 with the intention of reducing the time exposed to the agglomerations. We could not get it by the rhythm of the dishes, due (clearly) to the lack of staff, which forced the nica person in the room to help in those tasks to have a decent service (special service for her that, despite this, has given us a very good service). In the strictly gastronomic, we started to dine asking for croquettes (of ham and ticket) and two sailors. the boletus croquette has a rich and powerful flavor that is packed by the dense bechamel, being this nicous point of improvement of a very good croquette. However, the ham croquette shares the problem but not the virtues of the ticket, it can be overlooked and nothing is lost. the sailor's saladilla is good and the original presentation is nothing to comment on. After this, we have tried the carrillera bats (a good appetizer, although you won't fall in love) and the atna (much better, better take advantage of the bread and with a very rich filling, don't leave without trying them). We have also wanted to try the Turkish baos but they did not have (or fried cheese with jeans jam, or sepia). the next dish was to be heard to be heard. It is not exactly bounced but rather tempura, which gives light coverage to a very good squid and which is worth trying. for putting a but, they accompany him with a creamy sauce with nutmeg and leftovers of bechamel pepper that gives him nothing, is nico to improve the dish. After this we have ordered mini-hamburgers (which are not as minis as in other places). the nico commentary we have on the nb (pollu, cheese and nuts) is that it is not worth it. As for the American, highly recommended, good mix of ingredients for a very tasty result. Finally, we have tried the cheese cake (riqusima, perhaps a little dry at some points but nothing important) and the white chocolate cake (a granny cake with very balanced white chocolate and without problems of excess sweet). special mention to green t with its corresponding label of donut. there are times that it is better not to offer a product than to offer it in any way. all this, 2 glasses of white wine, a pear, an orange fanta and a bottle of water for something less than 80 (20 per person). is not bad price even if the ups and downs in the quality of the dishes leaves you a bitter feeling. In short, a recommendable experience that needs a little more attention from the person in charge (the psalm was full, we believe that there may be a person ms) and fine garlic details in the kitchen to take a step more."
