"We ordered a couch from Himolla on December 31, 2019. It was delivered on 24.02.2020 and then we found that the seller had ordered a wrong one because functions failed. Then the super sympathetic Mr Dogan accepted this mistake and on 08.07. The right couch was delivered in 2020. Let's go. Couch damaged. Call to customer service and email with photos. After the picking, it was found that the parquet floor was very affected. The friendly customer service has made us think that we would have done this in the aftertaste. After some phone calls, we could agree that the damaged couch will be picked up as long as we have a two-seated seat until the new product arrives. In September we then received an email thank you for their understanding they will get their delivery in the second week of January 2021 without justification. Back to the furniture store. Unfortunately, Mr Dogan is no longer on site. Renew the whole story. Oh, we're all very sorry and they get a voucher for all the troubles of € 500, . We have until now € 5800, paid still sit on our replacement couch and when I asked today by phone if the delivery was finally made to me I could wait and it was put up. Great customer service. We will never shop there again. Zero stars if possible"
