"We have dined here a few times due to a previous pleasant experience hence thought we’d eat here again but, on this occasion, the service and hospitality was extremely disappointing. Our dining experience wasn’t the same perhaps due to new management Jacey’s used to be called The Queen Phillippa. When we arrived, first of all, the restaurant was empty. We ordered food after which another couple arrived. The waitress, upon observation, was extremely attentive towards the couple sat next to us having cleared their plates from the table as soon as they had finished their starter and main courses. She completely bypassed us, nor did she clear our plates until we asked for the bill. Two additional members of staff, furthermore, checked in on the same table, asking if they were ok and, once again, completely ignored us. A group of males also arrived, were seated and checked on regularly. Why not treat every table the same? Isn’t that true customer service? I’m not one to use the race card but if you’re a person of colour beware of this place now that it’s under new management #justsaying #callingyouout"
