"A lovely quaint restaurant with a rich history, first rate food, drinks and friendly knowledgable host and great young waiter. Highly recommend! Food drinks: I visited yesterday with my family and partner and we collectively agreed we had the best meal we’ve had for years . From the warm welcome from the host David with the fire on in the background, excellent suggestions and general friendly manner it was a fantastic experience. The food was second to none, delicious scallops, crab gratin, fresh halibut and the steaks were 10/10. Highly recommend you take the detour to fit this restaurant in, you will not be disappointed.
