(I chose the caffe liégeois and it was made authentic, just like common, so with strong cold coffee, ice cream and chantilly cream none of these viscous sick chocolate or coffee, or caramel sauces. there is a menu for jour or à la carte. the prices are also very reasonable. a gentle brise kept the temperature exactly right and view over the water to the rest of the village and its unusual medieval church were beautiful. our daughter and enkelin also call in cooler seasons for the delicious hot chocolates of the auberge. 10 out of ten!"
