I liked this salad medium, I found it rather fade and tasted. A good glass of roséen serves 3 balls of very good artisanal ice cream: vanilla bourbon de madagascar, caramel and salt butter, Swiss white chocolate. I had eaten a few months ago in this restaurant and I had not been disappointed there, but I didn't like the dish too much."
