"Been here a few times Inconsistent quality and service but today it felt the restaurant didn't care and didn't listen . The place has the potential to be great without too much effort. Good setting and great inside and I've had good food here We came at the end of the service and got a poor service in every way Sunday lunch hadn't been heated up and was poor and dried out like one of those eat as much as you like for 7 pounds carveries. The roast was 25 pounds which if the quality was good would be fine The restaurant tried to charge although admitting it wasn't good . For the first time in my life I refused to pay An embarrassing occasion ruined Service: Dine in Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"Women behind the bar was wearing a tracksuit and had an attitude after asking for a menu who seemed to be the chef spoke to me in shorts with a scruffy fosters T shirt and told me they had 2 fish based starters and ONLY roast chicken for a Sunday dinner POOR customer service POOR menu options and by the looks of things POOR kitchen hygiene. Any reply can be posted by this company and thats fine but we seen and witnessed what we did and will never use this place again!."
