"WIr konnten spontan den letzten Tisch telefonisch ergattern, er wurde uns dann sogar 30min freigehalten, sehr nett. Da wir mit Thailand-Backpackern dort waren und diese uns bestätigten dass sie das Essen auch so dort mehrmals an Garküchen etc bekommen haben würde ich mal von authemtischem Essen sprechen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Thai-Typisch kommt jedes Gericht von Haus aus erstmal ohne Fleisch, für jeweils 1-2€ Aufpreis kann man dann beliebiges Fleisch hinzufügen. Allen am Tisch hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, egal ob vegetarisch, Rind oder Hähnchen. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und das Lokal recht niedlich und typisch asiatisch-kitschig. Die Wartezeit war leider etwa lang."

"Mein Freund und ich haben uns für den Salon Casablanca entschieden,da wir gern diese Art Küche mögen und es ein kleiner Geheimtipp war,abseits des ganzen Troubles der Innenstadt.Wunderschön,authentisch eingerichtetes Lokal mit viel liebe zum Detail.Kleiner Bereich zum draußen sitzen,an der Straße,was aber nicht stört.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und berät einen super bei der Wahl der Speisen und Getränke.Wir hatten das vegetarische Couscous mit Gemüse und einen Mango-Lassie.Absolut super.Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung.Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen,für alle,die nicht im gern im Großstadtdschungel und Überangebot an Pizza,Pasta und Co. untergehen möchten."

"I went here with my husband as I had seen all the great reviews on TripAdvisor and had not found a great tapas place in Leipzig yet. When you go through the door you get a good vibe. The tables are looking nice, it´s clean and inviting staff. We wanted to try some different tapas and they have a lot to choose from. They served a small ox-tail appetizer in gravy, and it was OK. There were a lot of fat in my ox-tail and I really do not like beef fat at all. We had 2 pintxo (the small pieces of baguette) with chorizo and quails egg and with egg and schrimp. They tasted nice but they chorizo one was not that inspiring and just dry bread in one end. Then I had the tenderloin in spicy tomato sauce tapas. It tasted nice but you really have to like tomatoes as the tomato flavor was very strong. The quality of the meat was very good. We also had the warm asparagus salad and it tasted good but as a tapas also a very small portion. We tried the spanish omelet with ham and cheese and even though it is a cold dish, it was way to cold. It came just out of the refrigerator and really cold potatoes do not taste that great. If it hadn´t been for the ham, it would not have been tasting of much.For main course we had the cheeks from Iberian pork and it was ok, but it was the same exact sauce as from the ox-tail appetizer and it was very salty. It lacked some gravy which made the rest of the dish, even the mashed potatoes, a little dry.One thing you will see is the same fried onions used as garnish on the beef tenderloin, the ox-tail, the asparagus salad and the pork cheeks. Do not think one garnish fits every dish and it seems a little lazy. I am not a big fan on throwing a piece of raw parsley on something just to have something green on there. I do not want to eat raw parsley on anything!Now we come to the real reason on why I can never give this place more than 3 stars. The price is ridiculous! My husband wanted a glass of white wine that suited the food and she recommended the Riesling. We agreed and he got a glass which is 20 cl. When we got the check we saw that it costed 10,50 euros! Maybe she should have mentioned the price when she recommended the wine if you choose a wine very expensive. The wine was ok but noot worth 10,50 euros for a small glass.The tapas size portions are not big at all, as they are not supposed to, but the prize is not small. We paid 81,50 euros for this meal with 1 glass of white wine for my husband, 1 cola for me and water. That is way to much for what you get and we will not be coming back.A little side-remark. I gave the waitress 90 euros and my husband said "5 zurück" (5 back) to tell her she could have 3,50 euros in tips. She took all the money and just went away and did not come back. We looked at each other and said, ohhh well, I guess she wanted a 8,50 euro tip. We are not people running after the waitress saying HEY HEY where are my 5 euros back, so we just left and thought REALLY! Did she think we would give her a 10% tip when saying we wanted 5 euros back? Pretty weird situation."

"An Nam was a positive lunch time experience for our family on a German holiday. We called one hour ahead and asked to reserve a table. The gentleman on the phone spoke German and enough English to feel comfortable that our table would be waiting for us when we arrived. Getting to the restaurant was easy, and since it was a Holiday, parking was free. Sundays and Holidays, street meter parking is free. We parked right outside An Nam, perfect! Upon entering the Vietnamese restaurant we were promptly met by the same gentleman who I spoke with on the phone. We arrived at 1300, and there were hardly any other people in the place; as they only opened an hour prior. That said, they still afforded us a nice bit more private table with a perfect view of the front street. The server gave us both German and English menus, nice. We ordered green tea, and the kids ordered homemade lemonade. The drinks arrived promptly, and the servings were generous, and excellent of quality. We also ordered appetizers, Pho, and our main dishes. All the dishes that were served were tasty and fresh. Portions were more than enough for us. Preparing the food took a little longer than expected, for so few people in the place, but I brushed that off as everything being made from fresh ingredients. The looping music in the background was nice at first, but there are only like seven songs, so after an hour or so, we knew every song before it came, and found the experience rather funny... Maybe they could add 3-4 more songs? Then it wouldn't be so obvious. The price for all four of us was very reasonable. I expected it to cost much more. The place is very clean, the staff were responsive, and it gave a nice change of pace from the normal German cuisine in the city. I paid in cash, they had a sign that said "No EC Card", I am not sure if they take Credit Cards..."

"beautiful small Italian restaurant in the city. they eat there in a pleasant family atmosphere. wood furniture, red and white carved fabric tablecloths and the typical Italian decoration make these very cozy local. large cooking art should not be expected, but everything is freshly prepared and they are well fed. eating comes fast and hot on the table. the pizza is huge, thin, spicy and tasty! actually typical Italian at a very good value for money."

"Viel Gereiste wissen, dass in Georgien eine der schmackhaftesten Küchen der Welt beheimatet ist, die Georgier also etwas von Koch und Essen verstehen.Warum erzähle ich das?! Der Betreiber dieses Lokals ist Georgier, der Koch Italiener.Heraus kommt ein erstklassiges Essen, incl. einem Risotto, das man so gut selten bekommt. Der gegrillte Ziegenkäse in Orangen-Vinaigrette ist ein Gedicht!Das Lokal selbst strahlt ein wenig georgisches Einrichtungsstil aus, gepaart mit italienischen Anklängen... -das ganze dann ein wenig skurril...Der Betreiber agiert äußerst freundlich und flott.Die Preise sind moderat, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dabei also wirklich sehr gut!Das Allegretto ist also eine echte Entdeckung!"

"lousy service, we arrived at 10 pm, we asked if they had restaurant service, they told us yes, they gave us the menu and asked what drinks. 2 beers, 2 Cokes and 1 tea. They left us more or less 15 minutes to analyze and choose what to eat. They asked us what we wanted and as soon as we asked they told us ...... we only have pizza. So that they give you the menu, at once we could say that we did not want to eat since we clearly wanted pasta. And to top it off we complained about the bad service and they charge us 24 euros for drinks. I don't recommend it at all."

"the restaurant is really clean and comfortable, we went around 9 o'clock, there was only us eating in restaurant (I think most of the people order for delivery)! anyway the sushi was not bad for the price! we ordered sushi menu for 3 person, it came with 6 spring rolls and how they can see the sushi plate in the photos! I'm really happy for the quality of sushi and for the price! for me just a bit a pity that it's a bit out of the center, but if they take team out of the center, it's just 3 stops, so it's not bad at all!"

"Ich war schon öfter im Fela und war immer angetan von den kreativen Speisen. Deshalb haben wir ein befreundetes Paar eingeladen und vorab sehr geschwärmt. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker, aber nach dem Essen gab es quasi keinen Service mehr! 2 Leute standen an der Bar, kamen aber mindestens 30 Minuten zu keinem Tisch. Auf den Tischen überall leere Gläser und Teller. Als man die Bedienung ansprach (und das nur als man aufstand und vor ging), kam sie noch einmal und dann wieder nicht! Auch für die Rechnung mussten wir wieder hinlaufen. Beim Bezahlen keine Entschuldigung oder Nachfrage. Liebes Team, da nützt auch das beste Essen nichts, wenn ihr so eure Gäste behandelt. Zumal die Preise im höheren Segment liegen. Schade..."
