"Von Geschäftsfreunden empfohlen, machen wir uns gemeinsam auf, in diesem Restaurant zu Mittag zu essen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, alles sauber und Speisekarte und Getränke waren schnell am Tisch. Wir aßen süß saure Suppe, pikant saure Suppe, pikanten Krautsalat, knusprige Ente, Gan-Bian und Gaeng Pet Gung Platte, dazu gebratenen Reis mit Ei und Gemüse. Dazu tranken wir Saft und Wasser. Alles von sehr guter Qualität, meine Freunde sind ja auch aus diesem Grund Stammgäste in diesem Lokal. Der Preis sehr günstig, für 3 Personen € 68. Parkplätzte gibt es in der Nähe."

"Von Sushi, Sashimi über diverse asiatische Gerichte bis zum Rohzutatenbuffet für Wok und Teppanyaki-Grill gibt es hier so zeimlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einzig bei den Saucen neigen die Köche ein wenig zum Sparen, darum gibt es einen halben Punkt Abzug. Einen weiteren halben Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil das Servicepersonal manchmal mehr INteresse hat sich untereinander zu unterhalten, als bei den Gästen nachzufragen, ob noch Getränke gebraucht werden.Dafür hat das Buffet aber auch seltenere und erlesenere Zutaten, wie z.B. Hirsch, Känguruh, Krabben, ... (je nach Verfügbarkeit)"

"Ich war relativ gleich nach der Eröffnung, mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, Atmosphäre war toll, Bedienung freundlich.Dann war ich einen Monat später noch einmal, diesmal zu mittag. Es war voll, aber die Bedienung hat es alles gut geregelt. Das Essen hat mir nicht mehr so gut geschmeckt.Noch einen Monat drauf war ich wieder, da war ich schon ziemlich enttäuscht. Bei der Hauptspeise waren keine frischen Champignons drin, und der Schinken war in meinen Augen und auf meiner Zunge keiner, sondern irgendein Pressfleisch. Das hat mich schon sehr enttäuscht, weil am Anfang mir das Essen gut gefallen hat."

"This place has to be distinguished from the restaurant of the same name at the shopping mall in the center of Leoben. However, the two are affiliated. Actually, the “Fellini” at issue is situated at the periphery next to a large crossroads and represents primarily a delivery restaurant. In spite of that, its building, which resembles a pavilion, also harbors two small dining rooms for smokers and nonsmokers, respectively. Either of them comprises only four tables. They looked quite decently and had been tastefully decorated for Christmas. Unfortunately, they are poorly separated and therefore the smell from the smokers’ area also spread in the nonsmokers’ area.The waiter was exceptionally friendly and provided a speedy service. The permanent menu included not just pizza, pasta and risottos as one might expect, but also fish and a choice of dishes of the Austrian cuisine that went beyond the usual classics such as “Schnitzel”. It was complemented by a menu of the day written on a chalkboard at the entrance.The pizza I had chosen was served after only a moderate waiting time. It was crispy and good. Its most striking feature was its enormous size, which definitely exceeded the quantity a single person is supposed to eat at lunch. Seeing that and its reasonable price, value for money was great."

"I came here with a few colleagues tonight, having been recommended to us. The service was friendly, attentive and fast, and the restaurant was clean, the decor was very traditional. Contrary to other reviews menus are available in English.I had the potato soup with mushrooms to start which was the best soup I've had in a long time, followed by turkey schnitzel which was absolutely delicious and massive- putting shame to what we call a schnitzel in England!This along with 2 beers came to €22 which I thought was excellent value.This is definitely a great choice in Leoben, and situated right in the main square."

"The restaurant of hotel “Brücklwirt” is also fairly popular as an eating-place. It comprises several rustic, cozy dining rooms and a couple of more classically decorated, but somewhat antiquated dining halls. The elegant permanent menu reveals that this place strives to be a classy restaurant. With respect to creativity of the dishes on offer, this aim is definitely achieved since the choice goes far beyond the classics of the Austrian cuisine. However, at least some of the dishes seem a little overprized. From Monday to Friday, there are also two menus of the day, the prices of which are all right for a restaurant of this standing.Since we had lunch there as a group of about a dozen, we had a cross section of dishes from the menus of the day as well as of dishes à la carte. For the most part, the food was fine though in general rather greasy. However, some incomprehensible choices by the chef spoilt the picture a bit. For instance, a sweet pepper soup would have been perfectly all right if it had been served without a full load of little pieces of ordinary bread on top. In contrast to croutons, they had not been toasted and did not fit into that kind of soup. A nice vegetable lasagna was spoilt by a large quantity of a superfluous stodge made up primarily of flour that was meant to be an herb sauce.The wait staff, on the other hand, provided an impeccable service and the waiting times, even for the dishes à la carte, were quite short."

"Ich habe selten einen so schlechten Lieferservice gesehen. Das dritte Mal schon, dass ich über eine Stunde warte. Und als ich angerufen habe und meine Bestellung storniert habe, wussten die nicht einmal, was ich bestellt habe. Es ist eine immense Frechheit und Präpotenz, dass man für eine Pizza ÜBER eine Stunde wartet, und dann ist sie noch immer nicht da. Bei diesem Lieferservice sollte niemand bestellen. Nicht einmal in Graz oder Wien, wo wirklich viele Leute Pizza bestellen, war die Lieferzeit bis jetzt über eine halbe Stunde."

"Das Gasthaus liegt in Leoben-Göss (Autobahnabfahrt Leoben West) etwas abgelegen in einer Seitengasse. Der erste Eindruck ist der eines sehr biederen Wirtshauses (was es sicher früher war), keineswegs beeindruckend. Die Überraschung ist jedoch der Gastgarten dahinter unter einer Weinlaube als wunderbarem Sonnenschutz (auch wenn die Trauben wohl nie reif werden). Wir waren in einer Gruppe dort: Vier Youngsters und drei Oldies. Wie der Name des Gasthauses ausdrückt, werden italienische Spezialitäten zubereitet und serviert. Die Kellnerin, die uns bediente, war eine sehr liebenswerte Frau mit erstaunlichem Gedächnis (sie merkte sich alles ohne zu notieren) und immer fröhlich. Wir gehen ansonsten überwiegend in Restaurants mit Gault Millau Hauben und sind an kleinere Portionen gewöhnt. Ich bestellte also zuerst Fischsuppe und es wurde eine Riesenschüssel Suppe serviert mit mindestens 30 Muscheln samt Schale. Lästig war nur das Entschalen aller Muscheln (sowie auch der Shrimps), wofür ein eigener Teller gebracht worden war und die Finger fettig machte. Also zuerst arbeiten und dann Hände waschen gehen, ehe ich endlich die sehr gute Suppe genießen konnte. Brot gab es dazu. Eigentlich reichte die Suppe allein, um satt zu sein. So konnte ich den Seeteufel, den ich als Hauptspeise bestellt hatte und den mir die Kellnerin liebevoll filetierte, mit bereits vollem Magen gar nicht mehr so genießen, obwohl köstlich zubereitet zusammen mit mediterranem Gemüse.Unsere Youngsters übrigens fanden die Portionen keineswegs zu groß und genehmigten sich noch Desserts, ebenfalls in üppiger Dimension. Mir reichte ein Cappucino. Zusammenfassend empfehle ich den Italo-Steirer in Leoben gerne weiter. Ideal an warmen sonnigen Tagen im Gastgarten (aber nicht nur) und mit sehr guten Speisen für Leuten mit Vorliebe für Italienisches und mit wirklich großem Hunger."
