A fine rosé from Meissen should be our table companion.To the appetizer we chose the “appet surprise”absolutely recommended! Greatly dressed and tastefully absolutely balanced, but at the same time playful as regards the composition of the spices. The taste buds had a varied firework in the palate. The appetizer did exactly what she was supposed to be: it increased the anticipation on the main course. The only commonity was once again the fact that it was again served very appealing for the eyes and that they were all very fine for themselves in taste.We had the vegetables-wine-Lasagne, Spanish poultry-serrano rolls, Pizza Calzone and the daily offer “krosss fried Dorade with root vegetables and lemon cabbage”. Just to the latter one has to say: W.A.H.N.S.I.N.N. The Dorade was finely spiced, fried golden brown and also pink, yet juicy and crumbled formally on the plate. Goes no better.The root vegetables stuff had a sweet-hearted way through the tube and red beds, which flattered the fish. The consistency contrast between crusty fish and velvety ram also harmonized. The dish has rounded off in a refreshing lightness of lemon cabbage. Nicely cooked and lemon fresh in taste he brought a very fine acidity that the fish needed and gave the whole dish a summerly lightness. In addition, it was a wonderful color cup on the plate. The cook not only understands his craft, he plays with the instruments of good food. With every bite, the bliss and joy grew to have had such a beautiful start to the weekend.But the dessert is not to be forgotten: homemade refined sorbet and finest yogurt.
