"in case of a telephone reservation, only the answering agent was accepted, to which the confirmation was not made. the online reservation then worked. the room was a bit too warm, obviously without air conditioning. the personal was nice. but the subsequent calculation on the bill was particularly annoying, from a costly supplement of €2.50/person, at the already strongly increased trips fischfilet €28.50 . the friendly service offered to pay back the drink money because it had forgotten to put the note on the table about the costly supplement. on the toilet no towels, only the unhygienic drying blower."
