Head for the pool, unheated, we were warned. It is very large but the state is degraded. We had fun recovering the small tiles detached from the walls at the bottom of the water. Our score is 10. It's up to you to do better. The gardens are little or not maintained, for this standard it is disappointing. The rose bushes are sluggish, and around the swimming pool simply fallow. The stone balustrades in the garden are sadly badly damaged by weather and frost, and in one place they have collapsed, and a makeshift parapet replaces them. The restaurant we take the tasting menu, 200€, convinced of having as good a time as the night before. First course mini zucchini with horseradish. Too sour, I finish reluctantly. Second dish of foie gras escalope marked with verjuice. Ditto, I don't finish the filling. Third course lobster ravioli. Too salty I do not finish. This time I share my disappointment. The rest follows and it goes well but without pleasure. The next day new disappointment, discussion with the chef, who stands up to me by explaining to me that everyone loves his cooking and besides another guest congratulated the team the same day. So I'm the one with deviant behavior. Yes, but we were two at the table!
