"El Librero was okay. We did go really early, around 11:30 AM, which meant that they were still serving breakfast and lunch. Most other places were still serving just breakfast which is why we decided to choose this restaurant. There was only one other customer when we went in which was fine. The service was pretty fast and we picked a couple tapas off the menu. We ordered a small section of meats, the spinach and chickpeas, pork cheeks, meatball, and the stew of the day, which was pineapple chicken curry. By far the best thing was the stew of the day. That might have been because it was the only thing that tasted piping hot and right out of the oven. But it was also tasty in general. The other items felt a little bit reheated, especially the Spanish and chickpeas. We did understand as we were probably the first group ordering any of this of the day. The price was also pretty cheap and the service was extremely fast to bring out the dishes, so it made sense. I would still recommend us for a quick and tasty meal, but it’s nothing fancy."
