I never order a particular dish, i let Giuseppe the cook to surprise and delight me with his fantasy and their local fresh products! Wine 's selection is awesome! They are all from the area! There is a wine for every type of dish! My favorite dishes are with sea food, they are soo delicate that even if you eat 6/7 dishes, you dont feel sick of being full! The quantity per each dish is perfect! And yes, deserts are included too! Soo light and delicious!He makes them daily! Location is not less than the quality of the food! Is located in the core of the old town, just beside the Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo! The wall are made with blocks of tuff, as people used to build houses in the past!The staff is friendly and professional, i love when they do the presentation of the dishes! Highly recommended! :"
