"I visited the restaurant tonight with my little one, and it was quite a disappointing experience. After placing our order, we waited an hour for our food, which arrived barely warm. We left most of it on the table and waited for the staff to clear the plates and bring the ice cream that was included with the child's meal. After 20 minutes and two inquiries, we still hadn’t received anything. Eventually, we decided to request the bill, but even then, the staff didn't return, so I had to go to the bar to make the payment. I was told to go to the other side of the bar to settle up. I noticed other customers asking for the manager, indicating we weren’t the only ones dealing with issues. I won't be returning; they clearly need more staff and a manager who can effectively oversee operations.
