"Wir waren bisher mit dem Service und der Qualität der Speisen immer zufrieden. Heute wurden wir leider derbe enttäuscht. Wir bekamen eine nicht bestellte Vorspeise zuviel, dafür kam die fehlende erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und dann zeitgleich zum Hauptgang. Das Angebot, die Nudeln so lange warmzuhalten war zwar pragmatisch, trug aber nicht unbedingt zur Qualität des Essens bei. Dass die von uns auch verzehrte wenn auch nicht bestellte Vorspeise berechnet wurde, war sicher zu erwarten; die Entschuldigung des Chefs aber eher schmallippig. Zur Qualität der Speisen: die Nudeln mit Ricotta waren, wenn man das Warmhalten berücksichtigt, noch okay, wenn auch entsprechend weich. Der Pizzateig war ohne Rand und flach, also offensichtlich auch kein Steinofen, die Lasagne hatte 8 ! Nudellagen unter einer dicken Käse Bechamelschicht, was das Hackfleisch entsprechend schwinden ließ. Über den Eisbergsalat mit geschwärzten Oliven wurde ein günstiges Oliven? Öl und ein Übermaß an Essig ergossen. Das Steak war über well done. Wurde aber auch nicht gefragt, wie es gewünscht wird. Das Ganze für deutlich über 120€ für 4 Personen. Inflation und gestiegene Personalkosten hin oder her. Das wäre inklusive des Umgangs mit Fehlern von Seiten des Restaurants besser möglich gewesen. Daher auch unser letzter Besuch…"

"We stayed at Hotel Stella for three nights. The rooms were unfortunately not nicely decorated. Bed, chair, table and a mini fridge on the floor. Improved and there's a lot of air up there. Many small details you can make even better. The operators were super courteous, courteous and flexible (e.g. also offered spontaneously a lunch table great! . The Indian food was fantastic, the breakfast really lush and tasty. The location is ideal for Freak Valley visitors. The bus stop is right around the corner and so you can be at the festival in 15 minutes. But sucking also takes about 30 45 minutes, depending on the condition. "we've decided for a long time for franco. After having arrived with customers in the past several times and was often disappointed, it should be better this time. "were there on a Saturday evening with friends and family for dinner. the menu offered a good choice of dressing and the service was very friendly, but we had to wait almost an hour until the food arrived for our six-headed group. admitted they were busy, but this is far too long to have to wait! when eating finally arrived, appetizers and main dishes proved to be very generous portions, even though somewhat salty. the selection of desserts was not our taste, since all were somewhat cumbersome, nothing refreshing or fruity. the prices are fair for the offered."

"we were here for a family celebration with 10 people. although I understand that in this province region you can not expect the same quality of food and service as in a city, this experience was quite below average. When we came in, we were immediately asked for our drinks selection. there was no menu. they needed forever to bring everything, including the menus that arrived much later than the drinks. there were only two service forces (an older man who was apparently the chief, but rather busy working, and a girl who tried to be friendly and fast, but was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd of guests). the food was in order, but the options were only more than "carving plus x". In view of the quality of eating, prices are too high. Moreover, we sat in a separate room with another group of about ten women who were so loud and annoying that we complained about it. the result was that we were relocated and had to split into two groups. a rather disappointing experience."

"General mutated geese without chest and wing, but with 4 legs!!! In the newspaper offer Whole goose for 4 persons incl. 1 bottle of red wine we have reserved a table for 12 people. Unfortunately, two people had to cancel the disease, then we were 10 people, 8 people decided to eat the already reserved geese. Before we recommended a field salad very well, with the exception of the predominantly superficial bacon cubes. Everything was good. Operation The service was unfortunately overwhelmed with the rumor of pre-Christmas food! The food mutated geese without chest and wing, but with 4 legs!!! The whole thing decorated with a little green! The skin and everything else was unstable and soft! I rarely saw or ate an inconspicuous meal! These poor geese would have been better bought alive and given them freedom in a good attitude! For me: Gänseessen im Waldhaus Lahnquelle, never again! "Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wartezeit auf 's Essen nicht zu lang. Im Lokal selbst ist viel Platz. Neun Tische und ein weiterer Stehtisch stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr große Auswahl auf der Speisekarte, ebenso bei den Getränken vom SB-Kühlschrank . Unser Tisch war sauber, die anderen (aus der Entfernung betrachtet) auch. Zum Essen...Lahmacun-Teller und Calzone Hähnchen waren sehr gut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt!"
