"we were two in the restaurant. hard to find, but for what is google. we sat outside in the beer garden, this one needs something to care. the top was very nice and fleeing. my colleague had pizza and was also satisfied. unfortunately my penne with rinder-bolognese were too salty and I was wondering about the spring onions and carrots. but hey... "we were at 06.06.17 at this restaurant, was very warmly welcomed by the young lady and really felt comfortable. unfortunately we were really disappointed to the conclusion...We ordered the 4 channels menu. after a few minutes our waitress came and had to tell us that the suppe was unfortunately out for this menu and offered us an alternative. then the young lady came back for the 2nd floor and unfortunately had to tell us that the chef had to find out that the fish was also out. totally annoying (have left out the second floor). as it went on with the 3rd walk I had to find out that my kalbssteak was unfortunately almost through although I ordered it in English medium! didn't say anything because we were hungry and finally wanted to eat. the dish in itself were good, great cocktails (super tasty). small tipp by us, better consultation between cook and service! we were there for the first time and I think a second time we're not going there anymore. I'm sorry!"

"Am Wochenende war ich im Posthorn mit meiner Familie essen. Da mein Vater selbst früher Koch war wollte ich Ihm überraschen was mir sehr gelungen ist. Da mein Vater was Essen angeht sehr Kritisch ist. Die Inhaberin Petra Walter war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Ihrer netten Art gut beraten. Da Essen war einfach super. Wir haben nach langer Zeit endlich mal wieder ein Lokal gefunden wo man noch Deutsche Küche kocht und zu Preisen die absolut fair sind. Was mich sehr gefreut hat war das Herr Walter der Koch und Inhaber zu uns an den Tisch gekommen ist und uns gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten obwohl das Lokal sehr voll war. "Wir waren wieder mal an einem Samstag Mittags im Keio. Brechend voll, aber wir haben gleich noch 2 Plätze bekommen und die Getränke wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten (freundlich!) serviert. Das Büffet wurde ständig aufgefüllt und es gab nichts zu beanstanden und schmeckte gut. Ich verstehe das Gemeckere nicht, wo kann ich für das wenige Geld essen was ich will, soviel oder so wenig wie ich will? Für mich ist das Lokal immer ein Segen, denn mein Lebensgefährte ist Vegetarier und kann sich so seine Sachen zusammen suchen ohne immer "Kässpätzle mit Salat" essen zu müssen und zu große Portionen auf dem Teller liegen lassen zu müssen.Es stimmt, die Toiletten sind leider ungepflegt und das Eis ist billige Qualität. Es stimmt auch, dass man auf die Speisen vom Grill oft recht lange warten muss, ok, das weiß ich und richte mich darauf ein, wenn ich sehe wie das Lokal belegt ist - dann nehme ich eben nichts vom Grill.Alles in allem, es ist für uns ein immer wieder mal brauchbares und (mittags!) gern besuchtes Restaurant wenn wir nach Ulm kommen (man denke auch an die Parkplätze vor dem Haus)."

"This is where shotenried beer is presented. That was nice. The service was friendly even if it took a while until we were served. Unlike described in other reviews, the Schlemmerblock was accepted without standing. I had a Cordon bleu with Pommes for 13.80 €. The Cordon bleu was not small, it was tiny. Not acceptable for this price. And unfortunately it didn't taste either. It was dry the cheese tasteless. To drink in the beer garden, it's okay, I wouldn't come here for dinner anymore."

"We're going to Edwin's for Sunday breakfast brunch. We are very excited, finally a great place to have a great breakfast. Very high quality food, nothing is missing, very large selection. Very pleasant atmosphere. Really friendly and attentive staff. We are really used to a very good breakfast and that is exactly what we got here. We really love to come back. Highly recommended. I really have to emphasize that it is child friendly again. Our daughter would also have been served 10 fried eggs......at 3 she was full ; We snapped some of them...but there was soooo much more. "the dany’s is located a bit away from the city center directly at the wonnemar leisure pool. the danys stands out in particular by the always fresh and self-baked ciabatta, which is e.g. to the well-established steaks. also homemade dany’s slpash as well as homemade lemonade are worth a recommendation. the carpaccio is slightly cooked with a delicious ingermarinade and is therefore always chosen by my partner. the kitchen places value on regional and fresh products, which is also noticeable in taste. from the style, the facility is unspectacular but cozy. in particular, the large sun terrace invites you to sit outside on sunny days with a view of the surrounding outdoor swimming pool. the personal is friendly and has recently increased in professionalism. not quite as recommended is Sunday brunch. there is still something lacking in the variety in the selection and mängel in the presentation. for a tasty, heartyly well managed steak, a tasty pizza or just a small drink we always like to visit the danys. also because of its good price/performance ratio, it is therefore a frequently selected restaurant in ulm / Neu-Ulm. we always like to come!"

"Es gab die Auswahl von hausgebackenem Brot mit Kräuterbutter als Vorspeise, Chili-Cheese Spätzle, Spareribs und Pommes. Wir waren gesamt knapp über 20 Personen und hatten das Lokal mittags für uns allein. Wir fangen natürlich mal wieder mit den obligatorischen neutralen 3 Sternen an. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll und verdient direkt einen zusätzlichen Stern. Preislich würde ich das Restaurant eher als gehoben einordnen, was ich aber nicht als negativ bewerten würde. Qualität hat seinen Preis. Das Brot war absolut in Ordnung aber nicht weltverändernd. Die Kräuterbutter war aber sehr lecker und verdient schon allein durch die Optik als Eyecatcher einen Stern hinzu. Obwohl, oder gerade weil nicht viel los war, wurden wir zwar total nett empfangen aber nur schleppend mit Getränken versorgt. Die Bedienungen standen öfter an der Bar am quatschen, statt den Tisch nach Getränkewünschen zu checken. Dafür ziehen wir leider wieder einen Stern ab. Die Spätzle waren hervorragend. Die Schärfe war nicht penetrant aber vorhanden. Die waren einfach nur gut! Die Spareribs sind beim herausnehmen aus der Form am Tisch auseinander gefallen... Die Knochen konnten einfach ausgelöst werden und die Soße war perfekt. Wohl die Beste, die ich bis dato hatte. Die Pommes gehn auch kaum besser und sind eine Mischung aus Wedges, Pommes und Chips. Mega! Der Hauptgang lässt also keine Wünsche offen. Damit landen wir verdient bei der vollen Punktzahl. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass es zwar nicht günstig ist, aber mehr als lohnenswert! Preis/Leistung sind sehr gut. Dafür die vollen 5*. Ich freu mich auf den nächsten Besuch."

"Good vegan food and fabulous breakfasts/brunches. Especially the vegan hamburger is the best I've eaten for a long time. Nice, friendly abd relaxed service. They offer only Demeter wines, which are too expensive for may budget, so that i take the beer at regular prices."
