"The restaurant convinced us not only during a visit, but also through the menus we picked up and prepared at home during the shutdown. The dishes were partly precooked and generally very well prepared. It was no great effort to set up an excellent menu at home in this way, as the ingredients were a very well formulated guide. The ingredients were all of excellent quality and naturally fresh. The menus were exceptionally compiled and very tastefully matched. If you appreciate exceptionally good food and a friendly service, the restaurant is worth a recommendation from our point of view."

"Craving Greek food for the past couple of days, and this place did not disappoint! We were seated right away since it was early evening and had our drinks as soon as we started looking through the menu. I ordered the Athen Grill Teller (consists of Gyros, Bifstek, Grilled Lamb Kotlett, and tzatziki and pommes. The meats were cooked to perfection as well as being juicy and tender; and the pommes had the right amount of salt. My wife ordered the calamari and pommes; other places deep fry their calamari but then it is too greasy. This place grilled the calamari to perfection. My wife says this is the best she has had so far since we have been back in Germany. We will definitely be making this a regular stop for Greek or German grill."

"Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsfeier im Ochsen gefeiert und hätten uns keine schönere und passendere Location dafür vorstellen können. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum letzten Kontakt haben wir uns hier und vor allem bei Olcay gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden Ernst genommen und umgesetzt. Natürlich gab es die ein oder andere kleine Hürde, die aber sowohl von dem super Serviceteam als auch vom Geschäftsführer sofort und fair gelöst wurde. Wir können die Location guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit Selbst wieder hier feiern und/oder Essen . Vielen Dank für ein wunderschönes Fest bei Euch!"

"I was in this hotel on a hill at the schwartenberg between Seiffen and neuhausen to stay there the next day a workshop. I felt very warm there, the room was very clean as well as generous and beautifully decorated – and everything around was absolutely quiet. the eating on the eve was delicious (only the economy could have been a bit more crisp) and the service was very attentive, fast, friendly and accommodating. especially a young Czech waitress surprised with a natural benevolent friendliness, as you find it really rare. for the preparation of my workshop I immediately have a free space in the ground floor. for the workshop were all technical possibilities, including a modern radiator. a beautiful family-run hotel where you can not only work excellently in a wonderful environment, but also make a great holiday and relax in brilliantly wise."

"Sleeping in a real castle! We loved it! We had a room on the third floor with a view of Neuhausen and Schwartenbergbaude upstairs on the mountain. Great! Friendly service and the food is delicious. Used the beauty in the cellar, delicious! During the tour of Schloss Purschenstein, we discovered the special history of the castle and Neuhausen. The construction around 1200, remodeling, intent of the Schönberg family in 1945, the fire in 1989, and the remodelion to the hotel by Family Praagman from Holland. Neuhausen has a nice walk, surprising view next to the Chech border. There's a nutcracker and a chair museum. Bottoms up."
