"Je ne serais que trop vous conseiller ce magnifique restaurant, dont les spécialités Méditerranéennes sont mises à l’honneur, si comme moi vous aimez le poisson. En entrée, le carpaccio de bar aux senteurs de la Méditerranée avec son jus de citron vert aux herbes est superbement réalisé, servi dans une assiette tiède, bien savoureux et avec une petite sauce piquante mais pas trop (du genre de celle qui accompagne les « Dim Sum » dans les restaurants chinois) qui relève particulièrement bien le plat. En plat de résistance, un dos de dorade royale rôti avec un superbe caviar d’aubergines au citron confit et au sésame grillé : une pure merveille…. ! La peau de la dorade se décolle toute seule de la chair, preuve que la cuisson du poisson est parfaite, mais surtout le caviar d’aubergines est vraiment réussi, très bon, très onctueux et doux : le citron confit contre balance l’acidité naturelle de l’aubergine, bref je ne suis délecté les « babines » alors que ce n’est pas mon légume préféré… En fait, le vrai défaut de ce plat, c’est qu'il est tellement bon qu’il est vite expédié : « quoi, c’est déjà fini ? ».Et que dire du dessert qui clôture à merveille ce fabuleux déjeuner ? Un excellent millefeuille caramélisé à la gousse de vanille et sa petite sauce caramel au beurre salé, frais, léger et croustillant ; simplement sublime …!!! Le chef M. Thierry Olivier, en plus d’être excellent en cuisine, serait-il également un véritable maître-pâtissier ? En tout cas, merci à lui et à ses équipes pour ce merveilleux moment, parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. On en viendrait presque à oublier le service, souriant, attentionné et à la hauteur des prestations de cet établissement. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute pour essayer d’autres plats de la carte."
