"we booked a table for food for 8:30, came and took place. After 10 minutes no one came to us, so we went into the bar and asked for some menus for our table, to which they were not manageable as they were all delivered. after 10 minutes waiting time they had a replacement menu that we had to share between 5 people, but still nobody had come to our table to check us or take a drink order. we have created a list of our food and drink order and attacked the bar with it, but we were told that we were too late and that they had stopped taking orders for eating. we had spent half an hour finding everything for ourselves. very poor service. unfriendly. not helpful."
