"we were there on Thursday night (15.9.) to reserve a table for 5 people for Saturday night. from a grunted herrn was told to us that it was not necessary to always be free. when we came on Saturday night, there was no table free. When I spoke to him, he told me unfriendly that I would see that no table is free. When I spoke to him on my attempt to book, he only meant who said that. When I said that he was, he said I should wait until a table was released. outside then a 4 table was released, although we would rather have sat inside.The table was not wiped off by the predecessors, only the glasses were cleared. we got our drinks without lid on the bare table, although the service lid had on the tablet, so we quickly had cocks of the overwrapped drinks on the table, because these were quite unclean. when the food came, the salat decoration was dark with two platens, as if it had been able to get frost. in a teller, brood potatoes were wrongly served instead of the ordered pommes. when this was troubled, the operation took the dish back mercifully. she had probably expected that one would tacitly eat the bratkartoffeln. when she returned the teller, it was clear that the bratkartoffeln were pushed down and the pommes were placed at their place. the tellerrand was totally smashed. no word of regret or apologies. when some glasses were empty and the tellers were cleared, the service collected the empty glasses and asked for re-sliding. the waterglass of my daughter was still a third full. the service wanted to take it. when my daughter said that she wanted to drink it, the service only meant that she had to hold the glass. of the often mentioned friendliness we could not notice this day. even if the season slowly tends to end, one can still expect a certain degree of ease, especially since the price is not exactly cheap and we are approx. 115 euro left there.
