"Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, in dem ich zu zweit meinen runden Geburtstag begehen konnte, stieß ich auf den Taucher. Vor zwei Jahren hätte ich noch andere Top-Restaurants auf der Liste gehabt, aber in der Zwischenzeit hat sich auf Norderney kulinarisch einiges verändert. Es liegt nicht an der Promenade und wirkt zunächst eher etwas unscheinbar. Aber dann… Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr aufmerksame aber diskrete Mitarbeiter und ein unfassbar leckeres Essen! Wow! Ich bin wirklich rundum begeistert! Wir haben in den letzten Jahren viele Restaurants z. T. auch mehrfach besucht, aber der Taucher ist grad ein absolutes Highlight! Weiter so!"

"was for the first time in the “Friedrich ”, just before nine, not yet really opened; a very friendly and nice blonde lady with glasses still asked me to take a seat, which is not often experienced. My little breakfast I could put together quite slenderly, according to my personal need, which is very pleasant if you don't eat much in the morning. Very good Darjeeling tea, crisp rolls, delicious cooking ham of very good quality and agitator eggs from free-running chickens, and this is also tasted. The waiter is also extremely friendly and attentive. A very well maintained gastronomy and thoroughly recommended. Thank you for the nice breakfast."

"we had the winter cod and the congratulated spinat. both dishes were arranged and very delicious. the apfelstrudel and the pistazieneis were a highlight for everyone who likes wintery aromen. the service kept pleasant in the background and still was always at the place when something was needed. all in all a very beautiful evening."

"after dining room, seabed, cornelius and marienhöhe today the short farewell dinner in de Leckerbeck.Leider did not preorder a table - luckily, we have a table for two for an hour. after us several interested were rejected. Appetizer Tomato-Orangen-Soup. Delicious but orange? afterwards the legendary thick beans with cashiers, onions and bratkartoffeln as well as snirtjebra with pumpkin and salt potatoes. both really honest home cooking and super tasty and ample. as there were plenty of other dishes on the map we will continue to test on the next island visit already, very nice crew!"

"The reservation is simple, already at the welcome is a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent food either with a view to a wide selection of fine wines or the open kitchen where the treats are prepared. Regional honeycombs are also available as a Thai curry from chicken, vegetarian mushroom pan. Exciting desserts like sorbet from black tea with black bread mousse are at least as delicious as the classic mousses of chocolate and Baileys. The care is attentive and the short waiting period flies. The quiet atmosphere is compulsive and transfers to the guests. It also contributes to the fact that well-maintained leisure clothing is completely sufficient here. In the end, you will be happy to pay a more than reasonable bill for an evening, where you have felt comfortable with excellent food and suitable wine recommendations. "in every vacation on norderney we have seen the snakes before the restaurant so far to get a table. Today, we had the supposed happiness to get a place.A creepy nice and accommodating service was promising. but the eating was undercut: salmon with tomato and ricotta was a dry piece of fish buried under a cheese tomato pamp. at piccata milanese was the meat ok, the tomato sauce tasted like a sauce from the glass and very salty. the salate was an eggplant salad, dressed with a finished salat sauce. all in all very disappointing: high prices and a kitchen that is as far away from fresh and Mediterranean pfiff as the sun from the moon. we do not come back, as price performance is not in any proportion. there are significantly better restaurants on norderney, for which one would be worth it."

"we ate spaghetti and garnel, flunder and then had tiramisu and coffee. everything was edible and even quite delicious. we have tried to pay with visa, and they do not accept it. the owner (andre) and the waiter became quite loud and unpleasant at the moment, demanded cash payment and made all the other guests clerk in disbelief. I went back to the hotel, they held my wife as hostage and when I came back (tryed me on the way away), I gave them the money (no drink money) and they gave me my wife back. I loved it. good people, good movement and (if you think I got it back) a good business for 68 euro ..."

"barely a restaurant on norderney is so spontaneous and uncomplicated to visit like the surf cafe.Ob to the breakfast, directly from the beach or to dinner, no matter what outfit or (almost) with which group- the surfcafe always goes and everyone finds something! the map is diverse even if little fish, but just salads, potato dishes, burger and desserts there is enough!The special is the view of the north beach of the januskopf and with beautiful weather one of the top locations for dinner and a relaxed drink under the free sky!"

"Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn und Schwiegereltern in dem Lokal essen und wir wurden positiv überrascht. Der Service war super, nicht aufdringlich, aber sehr aufmerksam. Leider selten so erlebt. Als Vorspeise hatten wir eine Bruschetta-Platte die war sehr lecker und eine Kürbissuppe hier gab es bei unserem Essen ein paar Punktabzüge, denn sie erinnerte mehr an eine Gemüsesuppe als an eine Kürbissuppe, aber das ist natürlich immer alles subjektiv. Unsere Hauptgänge waren alle sehr lecker. Besonders die Filetspitzen auf Trüffelpasta waren sehr lecker. Rundum war es ein sehr gelungener und leckerer Abend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"We arrived at around 9 PM on a weeknight. We did not have a reservation and were greeted enthusiastically nonetheless. We had their 3- and 4- course prix fixe dinners, which were memorable. They gave us a 49Euro bottle of wine in error, having told us that it was the same price as the 29 Euro bottle that we had asked for (they were out of that one). The chef came to the table to make sure that our food was just the way we wanted it. The waiter was Italian and very sweet and competent. All that for under 130 Euros (they honored the price of the wine that they quoted us)."

Es wurde weder ein Dressing noch Gewürze verwendet. Vom Preis [11,50€ abgesehen, erwarte ich sowas nicht in einem Restaurant. "We had our apartment very close to Athens . We spent our last night in this place and were very satisfied . The ambience is really great as one imagines great Greeks, see pictures. When we arrived it was still really full. We had to wait, but it was worth it. The food came quickly and was excellent . Especially the Tzatziki was a poem. how often you get a Lamen Jogurt with a little taste: the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Only jogging pants have nothing to look at servic staff. . At the end, as with any good, there was the Ouzo from the boss to the house. We're coming back."

"we went to this beach restaurant for lunch for two days (on the west beach). the location and the ambiente of the restaurant are very pleasant. the menu selection is good and eating well prepared and delicious - strong fish offer. most waiters seem to come from italics and they are helpful and good-natured. I recommend to the coffee on the morning and the afternoon, and we were told that it is booked in advance for dinner - therefore it is recommended to book far in advance."
