"We all decided on Italian food one night and looked up well rated Italian restuarants in Nuremberg. This one had great reviews so we called to make sure they were open. A real Italian answered the phone so we thought that it would be good for sure. To our disappointment, this was not the case. First, there is a construction site right next to the restaurant and they were working late, with a cement truck parked right in front of the restuarants tables. So much for atmosphere.We decided to order 3 different pizzas since there were so many raves about it. The pizzas were all overbaked, dry, and tasteless.what a huge disappointment! Having spent lots of time all over Italy, and living in NYC near little Italy, we certainly know a trywly good pizza, and this was the worst. $55 for 3 unappetizing individual pizzas and 3 soft drinks was why too much. The service began ok but it was a challenge to get our bill and get out of there."

"very well maintained place, even in the smallest details, which tries and creates to simulate a room in the style of the 50-60s very well. the personal is not quite as accommodating as we are used in italia, but in education it has not missed. the sandwich I had eaten was one of the best I had eaten so far, each bite had another taste, my palate was intoxicated, the portions are very generous and the products of great quality. euro per person for sandwich and drink, but it was worth it, maybe we are not used to these prices in Italy."

"Schon lange wollte ich ins Green Lion, da ich schon viel über die "Superfood"-Gerichte gehört hatte. Doch ich muss zugeben, dass das Essen eher unspektakulär war. Wenn man selbst gerne gesundes kocht, wird man hier nicht mit besonderen Innovationen überrascht. Um möglichst viel zu probieren, teilten wir uns zu zweit eine Vegan Bowl, bestellten dazu Roast Beef und Süßkartoffel Fries. Die Vegan Bowl war lecker nur leider war es zu viel Dressing.. Bei dem Roast Beef hatte ich leider kein großes Glück und mein Stück war sehr sehnig aber auf den gewünschten Garpunkt zubereitet. Die Süßkartoffel (welche hier natürlich im Ofen zubereitet werden) waren sehr lecker, insbesondere mit der frischen Guacamole. Als Nachspeise testeten wir den Cheesecake und das Cookie Dough. Der Cheesecake sieht deutlich saftiger aus als er ist. Man schmeckt/spürt die Konsistenz des Proteinpulvers, jedoch muss man hier kein schlechtes Gewissen haben ein Stück Käsekuchen zu essen ;-) Dennoch kann man ihn auch saftiger zubereiten. Vom Cookie Dough waren wir sehr enttäuscht, da es nach Hummus mit Zimt schmeckte..Alles in allem ist das Green Lion eine gute Alternative zu all den ungesünderen Gerichten, welche man sonst in der Stadt bekommt. Daher bin ich froh, dass dieser Trend zum gesunden und bewussten Essen hier aufgegriffen wird und eine breitere Masse anspricht. Ich sehe allerdings noch Potenzial, was die Kreativität und Zubereitung der Gerichte anbelangt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympatisch!"

"Wir waren zu viert dort und haben alle gute Steaks gegessen.Ja was soll ich sagen Steaks auf den Punkt braten ist keine Kunst deshalb ist die Erwartung sehr hoch und Fehler werden nicht geduldet. Garpunkt bei allen 4 Steaks top.Die Beilagen waren auch gut Salat gut abgeschmeckt. Warum nur 4 Punkte ?Die Einrichtung ist absolut nicht mehr Zeitgemäß aber alles sauber. Für das ambient und die Lage sind die Preise gehoben aber nicht zu übertrieben. Wer billig essen gehen will muss Kartoffeln bestellen.Hoffe wenn der Laden eine Zeit gut läuft das die Betreiber gründlich renovieren dann gibts 5 Punkte da das Essen gut war."

"Food tastes very tasty, delivery expresses on time and quickly. Staff very friendly. I went to padelle d’italia on the basis of the recommendation of my hotel and had seen the great reviews on trip advisor in parallel.Friday evening, 20 o'clock and rain weather. everything was occupied inside - understandable. the more I was pleased to get a place under the brandy with heater in the back.After I sat and got the card, it took good 10 minutes to order.The appetizer salad came in under a minute - which makes it clear that he was prepared in the kitchen. while I ate it, then the main course - strange timing.I had ordered a bark fillet and asked that it was no longer prepared ****. it's ****. was probably due to the inattentiveness of the waiter.I complained about this and my food was taken again. it should be fried. 10 minutes later it came back. still slightly ****. on the question of the waiter whether everything is in order, I said no. his answer was: mistakes happen. and he was gone. Overall, I noticed that, in the evening, guests - often Italian speaking - were given very much attention, while spontaneous guests, as I were not really observing. very bad. "This Restaurant is now a Greek Restaurant. We went there with couple of friends. The restaurant was fully occupied, which normally is a good sign. However, I could not understand why! I had a Pastizio, my friend grilled pepperoni and we had a plate with vegetables. The plate with vegetables was quite OK, but not the rest. The Food was already cooked before, it was not really fresh. I feel sorry, as the Location of the Restaurant is very nice, decoration is fine. Still I would say, just to have some Drinks and to enjoy a summer evening outside in the garden area the Restaurant can be recommended. The Service is friendly and efficient."

"This was a very pleasent surprise. The facade doesn't reveal what awaits you inside. A clean and cozy room, spacious and nice. We were the first guests to arrive, but soon more came. Amazingly enough the owner, a woman, ran everything singlehandedly: cooking and serving simultaneously. That might sound impossible but this woman was quite excellent! As was our food. Splendid thai dishes freshly made with quality ingredients. And a very nice atmosphere. We admired the cool and friendly style of the cook/server. Recommended!"

I am less impressed by the red house wine montepulcciano. the pizza speziale, which were elsewhere mista, is juicy and crispy at the same time, lushly occupied, short excellent, and very well saturating in the medium sized version. The red wine has also developed. I am completely satisfied and will be happy to come back. the mineral water is regional. the ladies in the service just authentic friendly and many thanks to tripadvisor, without which I would have found this address once more in life."

"Waren zufällig im Viertel, da es schon 14 Uhr war fragte ich im Lokal innen, ob es noch was gäbe. Das wurde bejaht und wir nahmen draussen Platz, angenehmes Ambiente. Eine Begrüßung per Handschlag fand nicht statt, die ich bei anderen griechischen Lokalen sehr wohl kenne. Leider gibt es kein Fassbier, so dass mein Wunsch nach einem kleinen Bier nicht erfüllt wurde. Der Salat war gut angemacht, Weißbrot zu meinem Meze nicht mehr frisch, vielleicht wegen Uhrzeit. Die Meze waren reichlich, allerdings auch frittiert, was ja auch satt macht. Dass ein Ouzo nicht angeboten wurde fand ich auch merkwürdig, kenne keinen Griechen in Nürnberg, der das nicht macht. Verabschiedung auch unpersönlich, müsste man zu einer anderen Uhrzeit nochmal probieren, hing vielleicht damit zusammen."

"this quite new Asian snack does not meet the somewhat reputable conceptualisation. excellent dishes, mainly Vietnamese art, freshly prepared before the eyes of the guests remind more of an upscale Asian restaurant. also the service is very friendly. my personal favorite: sot curry pan (soy-sake-curry sauce with fresh crumbles, wherekg vegetables, jasmine and meat after choice, e.g. chicken or crusty). also the reisband noodles with pikanter curry sauce is highly recommended. in combination with the very moderate price design, you can look at the simply held device with partly restrained sitting. as a To-Go variant therefore also recommended!"
