"I am here twice because on Monday afternoon other restaurants are closed. I appreciate every vegetarian/vegan initiative, but that was really disappointing both times. the first time that I was here, they served heavily overcooked cauliflower and rice, with a soak that was so. for the second time I had a lens-carrot soup that was probably the worst sweet soup I had ever had (and I had a lot of them the soup had a pronounced burned taste on it and it was so salty that I could hardly eat it. because I don't like to throw away food, I managed to finish it, but I needed to eat a snack afterwards to get rid of the taste of the fullness. the personal does not seem to be too enthusiastic about working. the load before the restaurant is okay."

"a frequent customer here and not a week without 3 4 visits to white bulldog. go for avocado toast with an early piece, it is an absolute winner, there is practically no match for him in this part of nürnberg. coffee is the next level if it is not too busy for a chit chat to go with the owner, he is an avid aficionado with long experience in the coffee resolving (native Russian louder it is). top it with their honey cake, a brand name! Many thoughts and efforts are set in music and the entire ambiente of the family owners, so they are always for a tasty, whether it is a weekning brunch or a study session. easy over the comparison, top place in the city"

"This restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel and does not show up as an indepedent entity. That is why you have to go to the front-desk if you are paying with a credit card. However, my experience was so pleasant I had to add them as an independent restiarant. The service is incredibly accomodating and customer-centric. In the summer they have nice outdoor seating. However, it is not a large restaurant, so if there are a lot of hotel visitors or conferences they can get quite busy. I highly recomend their Wiener Schnitzels. The portions are very good and they taste better than any of the other restraurants in NUremberg. Their burgers are pretty sizable. Their fries are great. The wings are crunchy but, as expected, not spicy, Their steaks are decent. I have not tried it but they have a tomahawk steak for 2 on the menu. Their beef carpacio is also very good. They are open pretty late and deliver to the rooms if you are staying in the hotel."
