"One of our foreign friends happened to be around for a seminar, so we took him out for dinner. No online tool worked to book a table, so we called and reserved. Wise thing to do even on a Wednesday evening. Krebsmühle is not too...easy to find, but the parking lot was full at this time even more probable since the upper parking is being closed for amendment. With the night being one of the so far few ones where you could enjoy sitting on their terrace with a view over Taunus, and with traffic although busy and close hardly audible, the terrace was full too, but our table awaited us. We were promptly greeted and shown to the table, food nice tapas, great whole fish, I loved my salad Linse and a craetion risotto and drinks fair choice of wine by the glass, selection on bottled and fresh beer are not on the cheap side but value for money. Service was stretched by so many visitors and several times confused who had ordered what at which table, but was kind at all times and waiting times were not excessive. The menu offers local and international, with an Indian touch, there are several vegetarian options prepared with great care and the choice of drinks alcoholic or not is amp,e and looks priced fairly. For wine by the glass and bottled water you get a glass of ice as theres don't seem to be enough coolers for bottles and how do you keep a glass of nice Riesling fresh with C at pm?. So, in a nutshell: a must know and don't come in droves so that we are still able to go without booking too much in advance"
