"Sunny and hot Sunday so Mondello is full of people attacking the restaurants. Despite the queue of people waiting to sit in this restaurant, my husband and I decide to wait our turn because given the name that the place holds we really think it's worth it. After just over 15 minutes we manage to sit down, water is immediately brought to us, then we order: popped mussels, mussel soup, 1 grilled swordfish and a plate of farfalle with salmon, coca zero and a glass of wine. The Coca-Cola arrives and we remember that there was also a glass... another 10 minutes pass and we point it out to another boy... nothing, this glass of wine was lost... the appetizers arrive after about 15/20 minutes and again we ask about the cup that is finally brought. The mussels were good and seasoned well. After a good 50 minutes from the end of the starters, the pasta and swordfish arrived, but the order was wrong and the pasta was not what was requested. They take her back telling me that they would bring her in a few minutes.. but nothing! Time passes and this pasta never arrives. After another 30 minutes of waiting and it being already 4.30pm I told the waitress that if the pasta wasn't already being prepared not to make it anymore and that I was no longer hungry. Obviously the pasta hadn't even been put on top, but they explained to me that it was still behind other orders and therefore who knows how much longer I would have to wait! The waitress apologized and asked me if I wanted anything else, but I refused.. in my common sense is the fact that if an order arrives wrong it can also happen, but precisely because of a mistake you have to hurry to recover and not put the order behind still others. I saw the waiters going back and forth non-stop, but there were many tables and too few of them... and I think that even the kitchen is unable to keep up with this pace. The swordfish was good but nothing special. At the checkout they offered my husband a bitter to apologize for the inconvenience."
