"Our flight to visit friends for a birthday party were delayed and so was our arrival, our first priority was to have a cold beer and then we checked into our rooms, all clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay. We then went down and chilled in the small bar for a time before going into the next room for dinner. Seven of us were eating and both the service and the food were exactly what you expect af a small local restruant packed with local residents. When we asked for a cheeseboard the chef appeared and talked us through the choices which were all superb.After dinner we went back into the bar which was packed with locals af all ages and all very friendly - all in all a great experience."
