"Profumo di sole is a vegan bar in Pescara. One of a kind, it is clean, quiet and serene. It has a cafeteria menu and one for lunch, which changes every day based on the genius of the chefs. The croissants, which are very good, contain particular jams, for example mango and papaya, hemp and pomegranate, vanilla cream, etc. There are also homemade desserts, such as apple and cinnamon strudel, pear and chocolate biscuits, biscuits with pine nuts, etc. Homemade products can be improved, as there is very little flavor of the fruit and the portion of strudel offered to the customer is really too small.
