"Piatti molto buoni, qualità delle materie prime e impiattamento delizioso. Posto veramente carino, sia il giardino che la parte interna. Lo consigliamo Menu con dei piatti azzeccati, altri un pò semplici . Ci aspettavamo forse dei piatti un po tradizionali e con più scelte locali. I piatti dal mondo non ci hanno del tutto convinto. L antipasto con i formaggi e le confetture avevano giusto due assaggi per tipo ed è costato veramente troppo per quello che abbiamo mangiato.(il formaggio fatto con olio di cocco assomigliava molto ad un formaggio che si può tranquillamente reperire in un noto supermercato) Updated from previous review on 2023-06-17"

"Una pizza favolosa e un locale bellissimo e molto pulito!!! Il proprietario molto accogliente e molto bravo!!! Siamo stati di passaggio a mangiare una pizza ma se capiterà l'occasione ci ritorneremo di sicuro!!!"

"I had lunch in this restaurant on the day of May 1st. the location is great, directly in the heart of the village of Pietrasanta, near a convenient parking lot. the decor is nice and nice, as well as the equipment and choice of the lights. the staff is of a priceless kindness, we really felt at home. As for the dishes, I took a delicious pear salad with truffle crutin, really ecstatic. then a spaghetto to the sea carbonara decomposed, also this very good (maybe I imagined the same ecstasy of the previous dish, ecstasy that it was missing, but anyway the dish was really of my pleasure). Finally I took a mile off, and this is why I didn't put 5 balls to my review. the cake was good, but not up to everything else, obviously to my goto. However, in general, I was very well and recommend this restaurant to those who want to visit the beautiful stone. I'll definitely go back to try more dishes."

"Nella meravigliosa via Carducci, si trova questo spazio dai colori marittimi scuri. Siamo stati accolti con molto garbo dal direttore che ci ha accompagnato al tavolo. In seguito ci sono state offerte delle bollicine e una squisita entrée. La mia scelta poi è caduta sul risotto allo zafferano con tartare di gambero rosso e sulla grigliata mista. Il primo è stata un 'esperienza unica: La freschezza e delicatezza del gambero si legavano perfettamente al profumo dello zafferano. Il secondo aveva come parola d 'ordine: 'qualità '. Era davvero delizioso. I desserts non erano da meno. Consiglio caldamente questo posto."

"We've seen this restaurant for years and we've always been fine. wide selection of typical Chinese dishes, and vegetarian options. friendly and very kind staff. really honest prices. in summer they have a terrace where they can eat. only a stone cathedral."

"It was lit raining cats and dogs and we had no umbrella no nothing so we bumped into it and we sit straight away. The resto is simply so arty, there is art everywhere and the vibe in this rainy day was wow! Service was a bit hitchy... we ordered the gram tagliere and instead of crostini with fegatini we got a bruschetta but the salumi was ok! The ossobuco was super good my baccalà was good but cold. The price was ok. I think in a sunny day the service would be better, so please do not hesitate!"

"My friend and I ordered the Gyoza and vegetarian sushi that ended up 24€ together. The parts were strangely small, especially for the price, so we left hunger. The gyoza tasted good, but the sushi was dry and tasteless. After our departure we noticed that they charged us 32€ instead of 24€ on our credit card. We'll never be back."

"We booked a hotel in Pietrasata for a short getaway and had not booked the restaurant beforehand. Did a bit of search on Tripadvisor and fell upon this restaurant. It turned out to be 3 min walk from the hotel. We were the first guests to arrive as we like to eat early. The service was really good (one of the perks of being the first guests and the food very tasty, well presented and good size portions (to consider if you eat a full Italian dinner... ! We were recommended wine with the food and it was a good choice from the sommelier. If we are heading that way again, we will surely stop there again."

"Having arrived at Marina di Pietrasanta quite late on a Monday we were looking for somewhere open, quick and simple to eat. Osteria Il Rosolaccio was the closest option. Although it looks a bit tatty and is a bar/music venue, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. We had a two course meal for two people, with a carafe of wine and all of the food was very good. Most pleasantly surprise also with a total bill of only € 35 or two people. Would recommend that you are not put off by appearance!!"

"Really best meal I have ever eaten. I really wanted to lick the plate but I wiped it up with the amazing bread instead. I got the 4-course meal with fish accompanied by white wine and Prosecco chosen by the sommelier. They brought out a pre starter with a fake olive that melts in your mouth but tastes like an olive with cream. My favorite was the lobster tartare in a butter and basil sauce. I loved the spaghetti with fish and the main dish too but don’t remember the name of the fish. There were spices from the Middle East, not an expert but they really brought out the flavor in the dish. Dessert was over the top delicious and beautiful with ricotta and honey, then a chocolate with carmel, delicious. The wines were excellent. Price was very very reasonable. Service was great, I never lacked for anything."

"Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo un anno perché c'eravamo trovati benissimo e devo dire che anche questa volta non siamo rimasti delusi anzi ..abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti e materie prime eccezionali,era tutto buonissimo dal polpo ai primi piatti, consiglio di provare il tonno che per quanto era buono ho fatto il bis cosa che non mi era mai capitato in un ristorante, anche i dolci erano spettacolari. Il servizio è ottimo sono tutti gentili e disponibili anche i bimbi sono stati benissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo presto."

"Oggi martedì 19 settembre siamo stati a pranzare, oramai sono anni che facciamo tappa in questa trattoria, però oggi la trattoria non è stata all'altezza delle scorse occasioni. Coctail di gamberetti per 2 discreti, porzione abbondante, ma troppa salsa. Le penne agli scampi allagate di salsa, e gli scampi in età pensionamento, scotti, e di bassa qualità. Peccato di solito mangiamo bene qui. Ora dopo 8 ore ho ancora lo stomaco appesantito sia io che mia moglie. Speriamo che la prossima volta si ritorni alla normalità."

"Il solo borgo di Pietrasanta offre ai suoi visitatori una trentina di luoghi di ristoro: qualche pizzeria, molte trattorie, vari ristoranti. Tra questi i menu sono spesso uno lo specchio dell' altro: molta Terra, poco Mare. Per il pesce, sino a stasera, la Marina ed il Forte avevano il monopolio, anch' essi con menu spesso accomunati. Oggi L' Osteria della Tecchia si candida con pieno titolo al podio per l' ottimo pesce. Un gustoso pentantipasto, spaghettini risottati alle arselle o alle veraci, cozze in sapida marinara rosa, branzini per due al forno, orata scelti da una carta con anche alcune proposte di carne. Alcuni piatti tipici del territorio che proveremo. Perche' di certo torneremo per la cortesia, cordialita', servizio, ma soprattutto cucina. Cotture moderne, efficaci, rispettose della materia prima. Il pesce lo pretende. Un cenno ai dessert presi da tutti perche' freschissimi e fatti in casa. Menzione per il Tiramisu'. Banale? Non questo. Il conto? Lo avrete gia' battezzato dalla consultazione del menu: e' come dovrebbe essere anche altrove, ma inferiore di una diecina di euro. Andateci e se condividete la mia modesta opinione, divulgatela: e' gente sera che merita. Bravo Chef Alberto con la tua brigata di cucina e sala!"

"Last day of holiday wanted something close to our hotel. The place looked nothing special from the street, situated on main road. No menu on display. (Don’t judge a book by its cover as they say). What happened next waitress very insistent we take a table, tried saying we only wanted to look at the menu first. Found ourselves forced in and placed at a table. Tried to look at menu, another diner had finished with, but he was not going to give it up, and waitress still insistent we were staying. Place was full of Italian diners, we were the only English there and the waitress still could not understand why we would not just sit and order. Finally got to look at menu, due to the time, saw there was at least one thing I could eat, I am vegetarian, decided to stay (after all practically kidnapped). Food was absolutely gorgeous. English speaking waitress came across explained what was on the offer’s board. We decided to have the flatbread (like a foccaccia bread sandwich), salads and pizzas also looked good. You are served on paper, not a plate so might not be to everyone’s liking. House wine was fine. Service was good, but when we went to order the dessert took a bit longer, so that let it down on the service, made up for it as the dessert was to die for when it arrived, good size portion of cheesecake. Would definitely eat there again, problem is it is a bit too far away, but would be a positive reason to go back to the area on holiday. Glad we were treat the way we were, if not we would of missed out a great place to eat. Now we know why the waitress could not understand our reluctance to simply take a seat and order. Italian diner told us it was popular and good and he was 100% right, yes the same one who would not give up the menu. Relaxed atmosphere, mixed age range, as partly outside seating, smoking which always spoils it. Cost of meal. Half a litre of house wine, small bottle of water and 2 flat breads cost 17.10 Euros. The deserts were another 5 euros each. To pay you go up to the counter, make sure you keep a note of what you have had. Very trusting. Had to let them know they had forgot to add the desserts onto our bill. Thank you to the waitress for being so insistent we stayed. Job well done!"

"Non so come si mangi e vista la breve esperienza non sono interessato. Ho chiesto se era possibile mangiare, un giovane cameriere di corsa mi ha detto di attendere un attimo, è passato altre due volte e non ci ha degnato neanche di uno sguardo, al terzo passaggio è sempre passato dritto insieme ad una collega. Probabilmente hanno già molto lavoro e non sono interessati a 2 coperti in più, mi sono spostato nel ristorante vicino dove ho trovato un ottimo servizio, cortesia ed ho mangiato benissimo"

"When walking round the town to look for somewhere to eat this restaurant appeared busy and after perusing the menu we decided to visit. Our orders were taken fairly soon after us sitting down but then the cracks began to appear. Tables that had been seated after us began receiving their meals and after an hour the waitress came over to us and asked us for our order again. The starters were brought out within about 15 minutes of this but then we had to wait an eternity for the main course. This didn't seem to just affect us, where our order had clearly been lost, even those that were served before us took on average 1 hour to receive their meals. The starters were pleasant but the main courses weren't to our palates. After visiting Italy over 15 times we generally really enjoy the food but this restaurant served up some strange combinations oranges seemingly appearing on all plates including fish dishes! Sadly the food was not worth the wait."

"After nearly one hour of waiting the dinner was served with no more than a lame excuse for the delay! The lamb chops were overcooked as we're the potatoes; the veal did not impress anyone either! No vegetable, not even a small leaf as decoration. The only thing which reached high level was the price! In conclusion: if the restaurant does not get a cook worth that name immediately you will have to consider the experience as a rip-off! To be avoided!!"
