We started with some great local Nebbiolo and received a slew of complimentary appetizers (Milanese aperitivo style . But the actual dinner was even better: unique, local dishes (pheasant tartar! presented in a sophisticated manner and simply delicious. The entire experience was a wonderful combination of a cozy, relaxed mountain village ambiance and a fancy Michelin-star-worthy dinner."
