"Power went out before we could put in our mains order due to some citywide glitch, but our meatball appetizer was delicious and so were our drinks. Service was fantastic. They kept us informed and ultimately they even gave us a carton of milk to take for the baby since the Sainsbury's power was out and we weren't going to be able to pick any up for her like we planned. Lovely place with lovely people! The menu for mains looked amazing so hopefully on our next trip to the North we'll be able to stop by again and eat more."

"Recovering from knee replacement and decided to walk from my home for exercise, Only popped in for a scone and cold drink but wow I had the fruit scone with cream and jam, the scone was absolutely delicious and my friend had the cheese scone she too couldn’t fault it. Friendly staff and a seat that was comfy for my knee made it an enjoyable experience."
